First few times I tried this it was calming and mellowing. This time my heart started pounding and racing and it look an hour and change to come back down. Bummer.

Phenomenal strain! absolutely a must try to all smokers , don't panic it's organic

I smoke for medical reasons and am not an expert. I'm giving reviews based on my experience with each strain, coming from a beginner perspective. I have Multiple Sclerosis, fibromyalgia, under-active thyroid, and am B-12 deficient. I deal with chronic pain, constant fatigue, insomnia, headaches, vertigo, and muscle weakness and spasms. This is listed as a Sativa strain at my dispensary but I would definitely consider it more of a hybrid. It gave me an energetic head-high and let me get some chores done and also gave a nice full body high that made me feel relaxed. Smooth, with a slight blueberry flavor and mild smell. Not quite as energetic as I would like in a sativa, so be aware if your dispensary has it labeled incorrectly. I only felt mild pain relief; good for headaches but not much body pain relief. There is some cotton-mouth with it. I recommend for a nice, well-balanced strain that's a great starter bud. Can easily stay in regular rotation.

Okay if you just want to experience a cerebral high--not very helpful for pain for myself, made me paranoid and sick to my stomach. It was good cannabis, smelled great, but just not for my body!

Great mellow high, made me talkative and euphoric.

So pretty much being a first time smoker with little knowledge, this was a great starter. Blue Dream delivered that instant contentment. I was told Blue Dream would be a great daytime high, suitable for energetic activity. Personally, I prefer to smoke it just before bedtime — when there is nothing else I want to accomplish that day. I picked this up from Oregrown in Bend, Oregon.
