I am a Army Veteran with PTSD, depression, anxiety Extreme headaches and more. It rally vives hoy that uplifting feeling that everything will be fine and also it makes feel more empathetic and more cariño than usual. While it gives me a tremendous high at first, then relaxation and happinness settles in while staying focused. It is a wonderful day strain or great for after work. Combine this strain with Cherry Pie or Purple Punch to sleep and your problems are over.

Whenever I have picked up Blue Dream it's almost always been a sativa dominant strain, this is not the case with Platinum Blue Dream, but even that seems to be very sativa. Anyways back to bd, this is a great strain for beginners or seasoned tokers, one of the first medical strains if not the FIRST medical strain I smoked and I loved because it did not cause instant paranoia and anxiety like the other buds I was smoking in the day. So I fell in love with blue dream still have it occasionally because my local shops always have it on deck, it's good. I mean for a hybrid I like it because I'm still faded eyes heavy but I'm functional. However I love Indica's. I LOVE BODY HIGHS, but don't get me wrong I like feeling mind fudged too ya know.

Great strain! It’s 3:20 AM and I’m woke af. Vining under the stars and just zooted on another level man. Great weed if your just getting into it.

When I woke up feeling like absolute dog shit for some reason and throwing up non stop, I hit this one time and I haven’t gotten puked in over an hour and I can at least drink water now!!!

This is perhaps the best strain for headaches and any kind of pain, its like a natural pain reliever, It is best consumed through a vaporizer or bong, It will hit you pretty hard and you will cough if you smoke it through a joint, This strain also makes you very aroused, overall an excellent strain that i highly recommend.

I think this is one of the most relaxing (and it’s not relaxing in a couch-lock way, but in a balanced, floaty, ethereal way) strains I’ve tried, both mentally a physically. It creeps up on you. The first thing you’ll notice is feeling sleepy and very peacefully uplifted. You’ll start to feel like you have a halo and get rhythmic tingles. It can make you kinda dumb and giggly too lol. The peak of the high is a super dreamy, weightless, head in the clouds, out-of-body type high, followed by a deep, warm sleepiness. I was able to sleep without nightmares, so I definitely would recommend this for PTSD and anxiety disorders in general. The only downsides I can think of are the usual dry eyes and heavy breathing, but it’s not remarkably bad. I can’t speak for the taste because I tried this as an edible, but I will note that the taste went a lot smoother with the chocolate than any other strain I’ve tried. Also, NSFW warning: this strain makes you kinda horny.

I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and am constantly battling chronic pain. Blue dream is one of the best I have come across to relieve my pain for day time use that also fights a number of my other stemming ailments from my EDS.

This is my go to strain. Blue Dreans NEVER disappointes and always leaves you feely free. It has a nice body and head h I gh that lasts for hours. One of the best !
