Opening the jar of this strain instantly reminded me of one of my favorite genetics, Dutch Treat. The smoke from this strain was very mellow and citrusy tasting. within 20 minutes I was blanketed with a warm body high that curbed some back pain that I was dealing with. I would recommend this strain as a great evening smoke as it made me very relaxed and a bit sleepy.
Sneaky strain, comes on very slow and subtle. Stacks tremendously with multiple doses so be wary. Modest pain relief (from a chronic illness standpoint so it might do very well for some). Managed to keep my wits about me and remain functional despite being way stupid high - a very rare thing.
Def. getting more again.
"Trance" is the word that most strongly comes to mind when on Cactus. Intense focus and an energizing euphoria unlike many other indica strains I've tried. Mad amazing!
Gave 9 because it relieves migraines so well. Smell is haze like. Mellow smoke. Don't hit much to body. More like calms your brain activity. One hour after you begin to loose focus and start to forget what you are speaking. It wear of nicely. Makes you feel lazy but not tired, if you smoke more it gives focus and energy. Middle day smoke.
Yea, you feel like you have haze in head.
I just picked up my first taste ever of Cactus (Devil's Lettuce/Green Mart) and loving it. It's got that great indica funky nose with hints of clove over a very faint background of overripe citrus. I keep going back to smell this again and again and I keep getting new notes - earthy, at first I did not detect any diesel elements, but it's there too. Extremely complex scent profile, not simply a strong one. I'd love to see its terpene profile. I'm only one hit and 5 minutes with my nose in the bag into this and I can already tell that this strain is going to become a new favorite. Great powerful heady creative uplifting buzz along with a deep body buzz as well. No couch lock, this is an energetic high for me, not sleepy in any way. If you told me this was Northern Lights, I would have told you "Yup, true to strain". Enough said. This is an almost instant classic in my mind and certainly should be considered by any Northern Lights connoisseurs
Gives me the best cozy feel. Drys up my eyes and sinus tho. The benefits out weigh the side effects. Amazing for pain. All over tingle and pressure.

This is one of the most interesting and worthwhile Indica strains I have had. I have one dispensary in Maricopa county that has it. It's genes are astounding and the way it just lulls me into peace is something to be said...I am prescribed 8mgs of Xanax a day and this works as well as 2mgs.
tl;dr outstanding pain relief, couch lock is a danger, but not energy sapping
Got this from Burnt River Farms. Smooth, tight nugs with a notably different aroma (I can't do the descriptions well), I first burned some in a clean rig, nice flavors, then had some vape (loaded up the vape for the wife), better flavors.
Hit hard, and took away all pain. I was able to perform repetitive tasks (bottling tincture, making dinner, grocery shopping) in very odd manners, but basically I avoided the couch lock this can, and in my wife's case did, cause.
Deep, low frequency high, slight numbing effect on mental processes, and as mentioned, no pain. I'd had a rough weekend and my back was terrible. Until the cactus. My wife has back injuries, no pain. I'm susceptible to paranoia, none of this. Won't kill your energy levels, but avoid sitting around.
