I smoke a little weed very often to get CBD then I toke other stuff to get blazed, so I usually have a hard time determining the more subtle points of a low THC strain. Recently, I was without cannabis for a month due to business travel. I realised two things: a) CBD helps a lot with my muscle/nerve pain in my back. b) Cannatonic is a really good weed for low back pain. The best part is that it doesn't taste completely awful like many of the other high CBD strains. All the different grows of Cannatonic that I've tried have a kinda bland earthy taste with maybe a little tar or tabacco-ish flavor in there. The smell is kind of similar - earthy, skunky, a little citrus(?) - but not a "nice" smelling bud compared to most recreational strains. I really appreciate that Cannatonic only gets me a little high, even on my first toke in weeks, the sensation is subtle, comfortable. I feel a little fuzzy but not tired or lethargic. My back pain and spasms are calmed considerably. A great feeling to get me into some Yoga poses and loosen up my aching joints... Happy toking, my dudes!

Easy breezy. Not a heavy hitter but a great strain to relax on a sunny afternoon.

First "medical" strain I've tried, so take that into consideration. It didn't do everything I wanted it to, because it had zero effect on my anxiety one way or the other (when vaped), but it did cut down significantly on my pain from Spastic Cerebral Palsy/Quadriplegia. Its next most noticeable effect was to regulate my sleep, even if I didn't use it close to going to bed; instead of being awake all night and sleeping during the day, as I was apt to do before, I find it helps me to feel like going to bed at a reasonable time and getting up early. Lastly, I did notice an elevated mood, and more ease in social interactions. Points off because of the taste, and because I had to vape more than recommended to feel the effects. My next step is to experiment with different ways to ingest the ABV, and to mix it with a different strain (Dairy Queen) for an equal ratio of CBD to THC.

Wife's Review Female take on the same strain. I am a female with lupus and my symtoms have not come at all under this strain. Its my first time tonight doing it but for now it seems to be working its high cbd content magic! (had pain before smoking) helped me recover from my a day walking around for 8 hours working at a hospital!

I love this on its own or mixed with my favorite hybrid, Serious Happiness. On its own it is calming, reduces anxiety, instantly cures nausea, and helps with sleep. With a sprinkle of Serious Happiness it becomes a smiley euphoric high that I looooveee.

Stoked to try this CBD strain and really enjoyed it. Nice earthy, citrus taste. Very relaxed and smooth feeling. Eliminates pain quick.

Pretty mellow, good for mixing. I like how light it is and how there isn't a severely long lasting high which can sometimes make me feel anxious or paranoid. I feel pretty smiley lol
