I suffer from fibromyalgia - this strain should be given to all pain patients on the regular! I work in a sedantary position most of the day and I get squirmmy and restless; this strain keeps me on task for sure, with out a doubt. AKA if you work in white collar America, this is another perfect strain for you. You feel like you're on cloud 9 without the goofy high side effects.

So helpful with my insomnia. Couldn't ask for a better one
This is the 2nd strain I've tried so I am not an expert or anything and don't have much to go on in comparison but I love that it has very little THC and therefore causes no paranoia for me. I have bad anxiety and feel calm after smoking this strain but the effects don't last long.
I can’t have anything with a lot of THC (doctors orders until my anxiety is under control and managed). So finding high CBD dried herb is dependant on what is available from the places that my script lets me buy from.
I found this strain to be fast acting, five minutes for it to kick in after vaping a few breaths.
It tasted very green, almost a touch of peppermint.
I have adhd combined type and I can tell this strain would be amazing for focus and keeping clear. It also helped with relief from the constant tension headache that I run. It also does help immensely with anxiety. At least for me.
It definitely has a euphoric effect. But perhaps that’s just a feeling of immense relief of my anxiety, and I’m just feeling way better.
I’d suggest this strain for daytime, as many people find high Cbd low thc strains stimulating. I personally find the lack on anxiety and the clarity really relaxing so I sleep better with this. But anxiety relief lets me sleep.
My strain is 1.4% thc total and 24% Cbd total.
If you want to feel high though this isn’t a strain for you.
Most mellow strain ever. Got this at a local dispensary and really enjoying it. Very high CBD. Take 2 hits, eat a cookie, pass out, Good Night :)
A wonderful short lived, low level buzz with all of the medical benefits. I have been strictly using Ringo's Gift for the past couple of years and all of the growers have run thin. I needed something that could replace it, and knew that would be a tall order. Cannatonic for the bill.
These are the results from lab testing:
CBD: 12.4%
THC: 4.3%
A nice 3:1 ratio and as a medical patient only, I find this to be the perfect combination.
Love this strain. One of my favourite for chronic fibromyalgia pain and anxiety. I does make me sleepy after a while, but it's bearable. Very unique flower, puts me in a good mood and allows me to do sport and other physical task while being painfree. Plus, it doesn't get you high which is perfect for me since I like having my thoughts clear.
Since I've gotten back into smoking again it has blown my mind noticing the extreme difference in my perception between Indicas and Sativas. Cannatonic, touted as a high CBD to THC strain turns me into a anxious wreck during the initial portion of the high. I stretched obsessively and started lifting kettlebells and played with some expand-your-hands bands to ground myself and quit freaking out from the high. Seriously, it's one of those strains that makes me think "this is the way my life is now, I'll always be high, I don't know what direction to go, nothing is familiar anymore, is Cobb's totem still spinning or did it wobble!? It's got me seriously debating whether or not the whole chewing on peppercorns thing actually works. Because, when you first chew them (and I have chewed a shitload of them!) relief from the anxiety takes what seems like hours even though time only registers as minutes on the clock. Which made me think that in some Shamanic (technically Sorcerey technique because I'm not a Siberian tribal medicine man) you're actually self administering something that changes your perception of "time" as you usually perceive it to be.
Long story short; finally chilled out, time seemed to move normally again after about 4 hours. Watched a few episodes of The Pyramid Code on Netflix. Got to thinking more about the nature of time and the Great Cycles of Death and Rebirth. Then drank a shitload of water and listened to the George Frideric Handel station on Pandora. And now; I have miraculously come to the end of writing and this silly treatise! So - when it comes to Cannatonic, maybe if you're wired like me you'll get blasted out of your socks! If not, find a strain that does because being high as fuck is pretty rad... and kinda scary!
