I visited an old friend over the weekend. he has a rare disease and he swears by this stuff, this is the only reason I give this strain 3 stars. I smoked it and it didnt give me a high and smoked an entire blunt of it. I didnt feel anything.. didnt effect me in anyway what so ever! I dont know maybe this is a strain for people with certain medical conditions but if your looking to get a buzz, pass on this stuff.

High CBD, low THC > .3%, Good for seizure disorders
Oh man, this strain is amazing. I got a variation of the original strain that had a 1:1 CBD-THC ratio. I am always very careful with sativas since they, in my case, induce racy thoughts and heartbeat which I find overwhelming and enventually leads to anxiety and paranoia. I tried Harlequin and the same thing happened when I took my third hit, great pain relief but too much anxiety.
I mainly use cannabis for chronic pain, anxiety and depression and sometimes, it is hard to find a high-CBD indica strain that helps with both without making you sleep or feeling lazy.
Well, Charlotte's Web was a game changer. I was looking at all the strains on the online store and saw CW and told myself 'why not try it? It has equal parts of CBD and THC so we'll try.'
When I opened the bag, I was overwhelmed by the smell of this strain. Such a wonderful smell, yet I cannot describe it. Very unique. I was also surprised because the leaves were quite dark for a sativa strain. The buds were beautiful, bursting with orange hair and shining with trichromes. Not sticky though.
So I started with one careful hit in my glass pipe. Nice smoke, not too harsh on the lungs with a pleasant taste. I noticed some tingling and pain relief after maybe 5 mins. I was just feeling good, relaxed, focused and happy. So I took a second hit. Now I was smiling and feeling really productive, but still relaxed. So I decided to take one last, 3rd hit. And that's exactly when I decided to pick up my phone and rate this strain on Leafly. Man, I feel so good!
Now I can enjoy a sativa to kill my pain and be productive without feeling overwhelmed with anxiety and racing thoughts. Love love love CW, thank God for your existence.
Oh yeah and I finally took a 4th hit while writing this. Hehe.
Just go get some, you won't regret it!

This strain helps me take massive dumps
Charlotte's Web is one of the most important and influential medical strains every produced, so it had my attention and respect before even trying it. Being a Sativa, it gave me an uplifting feeling like I just drank two cups of coffee, after about 10 minutes I felt a bit of a body buzz going on. Any form of pain and anxiety just washed away. No euphoria, just a calm at ease feeling that doesn't cloud my thoughts. It's perfect to use even on your busiest days as it's helps keep things in perspective. I also use Charlotte's Web to blend in with high THC strains to bring down the euphoric effects to a more mild and manageable level. Great strain to have on hand.
I suffer from chronic intractable daily migraine (with hemiplegia) and I've heard so much about Charlotte's web that the first time I could get my hands on it, I jumped at the opportunity. I'd heard so much about what this can do for neurological issues (without making me too high to function, no less!) that I seemed to have gotten my hopes up. I barely felt any change when I smoked it for the first time. Worried I hadn't had enough, I smoked more than I've ever smoked at one time and I still barely felt it against my migraine.
I don't want to entirely put down the strain, I was very calm and didn't feel paranoid that people noticed I was high (a common problem I have while smoking). I'm mostly disappointed that it didn't help with my migraine pain and want to mention to others not to get their hopes up if they have similar neurological issues...sometimes CBD doesn't work unless in extreme doses (as I found out when I tried a concentrated CBD oil). If this doesn't work, perhaps try THC and then go somewhere that sells concentrated version of CBD (but be careful, it can be expensive). Just remember everyone is different and don't give up looking for what helps you!
