When I ripped the top of this bag, my entire master area of my house - about 750 square feet of space with two doors - was filled with the potent and remarkable scent of this marijuana. Inside the bag, with my nose down in there, it smelled almost artificial and chemically it was so complex and concentrated. There was this deep, overwhelming sweetness to the smell of concentrated marijuana. This weed must have sat packaged, stored somewhere in the heat - like a tin warehouse in the sun. The weed probably began the very earliest parts of the decarboxylating process, releasing terpenes (the oils in marijuana that give it flavor and scent), thereby causing it to smell so much and so richly.

Mrs. Ent remarked, "That is the stickiest, ickiest we had since we've been in Washington". I agree.

The high was so ridiculously deep, and I was fully stoned. I went walking with my dog and ended up mentally clear about 30 minutes in. My body felt good and I felt a sense of well-being, but all mental effects of the marijuana were gone - and I still had a half hour of my walk left! My wife also had a short, but very deep, high. It could be that we both got very active.

very dreamy and pleasant
A very calm happy relaxing train with a little bit of the giggles a great strain to help with paranoia
With parentage like this, (Granddaddy Purple and Durban Poison) there are just some experiences not to be missed, and Cherry Pie is most definitely a strain to be experienced. With that being said it's such a rich strain that it's not one I'd want to use daily. It's more of something I'd return to every now and again. Like a decadent dessert and like it's name sake, I'm sure if you ate cherry pie everyday you might not appreciate it as much. Although appreciating it comes very easy with that deep sweet aroma, you can really smell the Urkle in there, and the smooth flow of taste and aroma no matter what delivery method. I've tried it in both vape and various smoke-able forms, and it delivers all the same with great results that are calming, relaxing and euphoric. Don't let the name fool you, this is a very heavy affecting strain, great for medical use and decent for occasional recreational use. Don't expect to do much, this one will put your ass down for the night. It's a good strain, that gives you a good well relaxed and very appreciated experience that will end in a very good deep sleep.

Cherry Pie is my new top strain. Great for unwinding after a gym workout. Relaxes all my muscles that were just tight. Dense purple and orange buds, beautiful, smooth smoke. The effects are on point. Just sit back and enjoy.
This is a good daytime strain for me. Has a nice calming effect on nerves, leaving me relaxed, but still motivated. Helps creative thought, and an all around happy feeling. Doesn't overwhelmingly increase appetite or make me sleepy. Helps me with moderate pain.
Now my favorite strain over Blue Dream. It has a great calming effect and at the same time it's quite uplifting. I would say that Blue Dream beats it in taste, though Cherry Pie isn't bad tasting by any means.
