The smell and taste are 100% true to the name - I have never smelled such a distinct strain.
Had trouble finding the words to describe my first sesh with Clementine. It was with friends and it certainly kept the conversation going, but nothing to write home about. The sativa-nature of it is strong for sure. The second sesh I enjoyed it solo on a hike. As soon as I smoked it, it felt like the world was popping into 3D. My focus and perception were definitely elevated. Pretty incredible stuff. I think I definitely prefer this as a nature strain, which I guess makes sense given the name. Grab a clementine and go for a hike!
It was very sativa dominate, bud tender and menu said Indica dominate. Wanted it for sleep wound up getting sprung with energy. It's a great flower don't get me wrong but it made my heart racy and mind run. Great for vacatiins I woukd say and days off. Thus is also by far the most appitite stimulating strain I've ever had, and like it's name it smells just like some halos or cuties clemetines you'd buy from the store with some skunk funk.
Opening the 1 Ounce Jar and taking a whiff; Citrus/Orange, Pepper and Cream.
Good head high nice and uplifting with a touch of body high. Slightly stonier than the really light sativas like Jack Herer and Super Silver Haze.
A daytime and afternoon strain, certainly NOT an indica or strain that puts you to sleep, except maybe on the come down.
The ounce I bought was less than $60 here in Washington State. Can't see the red hairs on mine as much as in the photo, but the price point for this ounce was so low. Yet the quality is actually pretty good. I do like this better than the (Pineapple and Lemon) Haze strains that i tried earlier this year, and better than the green crack i have, with green crack being stonier than this and the green crack i got actually makes me a little drowsy. This not so much.
Really it's a pretty good sativa! 8/10.
My current favorite. Flower smells strongly of oranges, and the taste is a burst of orange zest oil but without the bitter taste, all through the mouth.
Effects are a slightly relaxed mental state paired with a sense of physical energy and a desire to get things accomplished. Very good for introspection or pondering things, cooking, chores, etc., and pairs amazingly with a morning cup of coffee.
Now if I could only find some seeds...
• Process—Lovely. Gradual onset that was very energetic, but if not acted upon then it eventually faded to a heavy body high that left me unmotivated to move. // • Stoniness—Moderately strong. // • Somatic—A lot of initial energy (urge to socialize, get outside, etc) that faded to laziness (laying in bed, taking a nap) if not utilized. I did get the munchies. // • Mood—The energy came with euphoria. // • Fx—Initial burst of energy was very productive and motivating for errands or activities, such as hiking, longboarding, driving errands, class. Later laziness usually led to taking a nap. Not super social but could engage.
Made me feel light and energized as well as slightly relaxed.
