It is unmistakably a very good strain. It is near the pinnacle of hybrid refer.

I’m really impressed with this strain! 😍 I’m smoking AGL’s Hybridol F, the bud is densely coated with creamy looking crystals. It smokes very smoothly and I felt my mind quickly enveloped in calm and any negatively just melted away. While very calming and relaxing, it also kept me alert and focused, which is something I really like and am always looking for in strains I want to keep in regular rotation. I smoked this over a few hours and it never got to be too much, it’s relaxing in the body as well without any couchlock. I noticed it brought and seemed to keep my heart rate down too— I didn’t feel even a hint of anxiety with this strain. This is going to be a good strain to smoke in social settings for sure. I love these strains that just make you feel happy and witty and fun and this is one of them.
I usually like to smoke a strain a few times before I review it but this one is such a standout and has everything I look for to medicate for PTSD. It may earn a spot with my current top favorites, Strawberry Cough and Blue Dream. Highly recommend this to both new and experienced users, especially for those with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or anyone who just craves a calming, focused relaxation. It’s like an instant antidepressant and benzo in one bowl.
This strain was a gift from a precious hippy friend who also has become me and my wife’s unofficial “bud tender”! We consume thc daily and know our tolerances are above average. Both stoners from 1976 so we have smoked a lot. This strain is supposed to be a 50/50 hybrid, for me tho the Sativa never had a chance! This strain had almost all Indica characteristics, nothing like a blue dream or a wedding cake, the buzz hits one with all the delicacy of a high ball train! WOW! We smoked it in a RAW Lean cone and we’re trying it playing board games. Cannot recommend it for that as I instantly went into the stoned zone and hardly knew where I was as or what I was supposed to be doing! My wife fared barely better! Not a strain for anyone he novice. I def can see how this keeps ones mind of pain or discomfort. Not as heavy hitting as a say Chem dawg or diesel strain but certainly hits hard. I didn’t have couch lock but did enjoy watching tv on this. If one is looking for a great strain to try to see how it effects you I highly recommend! I currently have more on the way and will right a follow up review ASAP.
wont lie, been having a hard time lately an COOKIE AND CREAM is probably the best thing I'm doing right now for my mental health. Usually I would be curled up in a nice heavy blanket of "the big sad" but using Cookies and cream has actually helped me relax and think through the big sad. Making it the little sad. Suddenly making it easier to get through my days with out breaking down. Basically cookies and cream is that sweet warm smell of you favorite cookies during childhood, after a long day of playing outside :)
This strain is absolutely incredible for pain. The most I feel in my back or neck is an occasional tingle or ache, whereas I'd be in a consistently distracting amount of pain otherwise. It strikes me as more of a body high, but also fills the head with a comforting tingle that doesn't cloud the mind, and is enjoyable while still allowing me to function, though sounds are somewhat distorted at higher doses. It's relaxing without being unintentionally sedative, though I feel like I could go to sleep at any time. I'm not worried about my future because I don't need to think about it right now. I've found that while it's calming, it can exacerbate anxiety if taken to combat PTSD episodes, and is more suitable as an afternoon/evening med to use to keep stress at bay and pain at a minimum than as a measure against an ongoing panic attack. The smoke leaves a faint earthy taste, but each hit is more and more distinctly sweet and almost sugary, like vanilla cookies, and is extremely gentle on the throat and smooth to exhale. It doesn't relieve the heavy feeling of fatigue, but it dulls the associated pains and is wonderful for nighttime.
helped with functioning during a depressive episode
I like to think of this strain as two twin sisters. First, there’s Cookies. She’s happy, bubbly, and absolutely full of energy. She’ll have you cracking jokes and skipping around and just having an overall jolly time. Then, there’s Cream. More laid back than her sister, she’ll mellow you out and bring on a calm sense of serenity. She tends to come on out once Cookies’ energy has died down and always leads to a great way to end the night and put you in total relaxation mode, which can definitely help you fall asleep if that’s what you’re looking for. Overall, the duo has a fantastic dynamic and you get the best of both worlds with this strain. On top of that, the smell is fantastic. Really sweet. And she hits so smooth. This has got to be my absolute favorite strain.
