Critical Mass reviews

It's high CBD but balanced with a good amount of THC. So you get a nice mellow grounded high. Mostly body but also some mental effects. The aroma and taste are wonderful. I'm not so good at identifying the flavors in pot, but I'd say woody/herbal with some fruit. Just really delicious and very definite strong aroma and flavor. And that is what makes this a great strain -- often the high-CBD strains have very little aroma or flavor. Critical Mass wows you, though, at every step, from opening the container to lighting it (I use a DynaVap flower vape) to enjoying the effects. You can make nice edibles out of it too. Growing it can be tricky, especially in a wet climate like the Pacific Northwest. It grows tight, heavy clumps of bud (hence the name), which are prone to mold. You might have to harvest early, before the fall rains, or rig up a covering to keep it dry. Other than that it grows well and produces a lot. It's just a splendid variety that you should try, whether you grow it or buy it. Oh and it seems to last a long time -- I just found a sealed jar from my harvest of the year before last, so it's almost two years old -- the aroma is somewhat subdued with age, but the taste and effects are still terrific.

I have some of this as concentrate, about 30% THC/36%CBD. It's a lovely balance - excellent for pain relief as well as a mild buzz. Not too heavy.

Calms me. Earthy af not very smooth. Definitely like an afternoon or evening weed. Sleepy weed -Sav Definitely something not to smoke if your trying to hang and stay awake. But it is relaxing and it’s nice due to its calming sensation. -Khloe

A strong indica strain. Relaxed & happy with a little, but totally conked out with a lot. It smells great, kinda sweet! A great strain for before bed!

Oh my! Incredible body high. I vaped flower in an arizer extreme. Waves of calming sensations had me moving my body to experience more of the sensation. The intense euphoria had me laughing and appreciating subtle humor while watching my favorite shows. The munchies were milder than most other strains. The pain relief is excellent.

Excellent strain, had absolutely no issues with her from start to finish. She was also very easy to take cuttings from, with every clone surviving. She grew strong all the through under 400 watt HPS. I did fim her and use lst to help make her as productive as she was. She smells very skunky while growing but get a wonderful fruity smell and taste once properly dried and cured. Buds are very nice, compact, and plentiful. The affect is very narcotic like, very nice if stressed, in pain, or just need to wind down. I very much recommend this to any grower or smoker no matter there preferred strain, this strain is a winner. Loving this strain. Knocks me right out at night, 9% thc doesn't scare me away either. I'll cut it with another indica hybrid if I want more thc.
