I took home a gram of NUG - Dairy Queen Live Resin Sugar from my work (Pure Life Collective) and let me tell you, this strain is incredible! The aroma of this strain is unlinke other terpene profiles I’ve smelled. Definite hints of cherry sweetness, and undertones of cheese and pine. This strain is great in concentrate form as well as flower. Immediate noticeable effects of relaxation and happiness come on right away, while after a few more minutes pass, the heavy euphoria and creativity come out. Great for musicians, artists or anyone trying to get a creative spark with a focused and sharp mind.
This sativa-leaning hybrid is perfect for anyone wanting relief with awesome uplifting effects.
This strain looks absolutely tasty at a glance! Dense and hefty hug with lots of crystals and orange hairs makes it as delicious as a DQ Blizzard on a hot day. This strain is just as refreshing!
As a kid growing up in Texas, we were always rewarded with Dairy Queen as a reward and this strain is the grown up version. The smell and taste is that of strawberry cheesecake (as I write this it’s really freaky how much I can taste the flavor on my mouth still). If you’ve ever had one of these strawberry cream hard candies, that is exactly what taking bong rips of this strain tastes like.
Gourmet taste aside, the effects are very desirable. This strain leans on the sativa side but does have some indica edge that comes out if you smoke it continually. Basically, if you smoke it and get the energetic feeling and get busy pursuing a hobby, than you will get the potency of the sativa side. However, if you smoke a few bowls of this strain in a row, you will get the deep relaxation of an indica while still being able to focus on video games or a movie as you smoke.
All in all, a topshelf strain all around. Dairy Queen is a robust hybrid with many uses. Personally I love how the effects transition from sativa to indica the longer you smoke it, without any of the couch lock or drowsiness.
This strain definitely lives up to how it has been described. I tried this strain in a wax form. The primary smell definitely is cheesy.
It is important to not that I experienced a more euphoric experience, providing that this strain does not have drowsy effect associated with sativa strains.
I felt a creative boost which was very pleasant.
I took a very small dose after a thc break. I smoked pretty late at night when I was already sleepy but the euphoric effects kept me up for a little while longer which I will take note of for the future. So I would recommend taking this earlier in the bay of maybe even if you need an energy boost.
My only personal con to this strain was that it doesn't have my favorite smell/taste.
YUM!!!
great flavor
