As a someone with Multiple Sclerosis’s I use cannabis to achieve relief from certain symptoms. Spasticity, bladder incontinence are common with MS. ...FLO must be named after Florence Nightingale. She, Flo that is, gave practically an immediate relief from my constant running to the restroom, while also leaving me in a wonderfully chill state of mind no anxiety at all. Consumed by eating.

I have an anxiety disorder which causes panic attacks, among other mental and physical conditions. When I start to stress, and feel panic coming in the first thing I go for is the flo. It bings my anxiety down 3/4 right away, and stops it from turning into a panic attack. This strain also allows for clarity of mind, making it convenient to use in the daytime when needed without disrupting whatever I’m doing. I was never given any strong meds for anxiety, just something that took 20 minutes to kick in that I got to wait out in a mess. Could not recommend enough.

This is another good daytime smoke that lets you keep getting things done.

I've always been a strictly indica type of guy up until now! I'm prone to anxiety when really high but all I felt was relaxed and mentally invigorated. I felt virtually no sedation but I also didn't feel wired or on edge just alert and perhaps a little creative. this was also the smoothest flower I've ever smoked.

This is my 2nd Flo review and it is definitely standing up to time IMO. Just when you think that it is some wimpy hybrid it kicks your ass and you start crying out for graham crackers and milk from your mother. No really, ignore the THC ratings for Flo. The awesome product I got at The Green Solution will kick your ass down the street all day long. Also, a not to be missed is Lambs Bread. ns

Flo is great to smoke during the day. Get a good buzz on, but still remain productive.

This is the strain that I picked up From SWOP, they've never had Flo before and its the exact kinotype. A little head high at first hitting my third eye similar to a headband high. A little dry but nothing to harsh herbal taste. Its a light hitter for sure I think I'll try a harder version by cranking the vape heat thin vape that lingers and moves around. Its the high that makes you feel nice I will admit this original Flo is very different from others I've tried I'm impressed with the effects of this strain. Its good for concentration even though I am absolutly sore all over and feel so lazy this reminds me of how awesome it is to be alive and achieve so much and prepair tomorrow better :D
