Tasted like lemon grass. I instantly felt uplifted, but then very pain free. This has a sort of hydrocodone vibe. Calm yet alert. My knees went weak. Tingly. Stoned. Opens up the nasal passages. Verging on trippy. Delightful. Relaxed.

Ice Cream Cake was the first bud I ever bought. since then, I had been looking for it or something similar. Lo and behold, my dealer gets this strain in and I have to try it. I can now confirm after trying countless other strains that Gelato/Ice Cream Cake is still the best weed I've smoked. Still gives me a body high like it's the first time I've ever smoked. Amazing strain. Any indica fan NEEDS to try this.

I have adhd so I wake and baked with this and it helps me focus and stay on task with morning chores. It really helps me be productive.

Picked up an ounce grown by District Cannabis from Takoma Wellness Center, extracted with a Nugsmasher Mini. The taste is incredible, my favorite of any strain I've ever tried, topping even AltSol's Berry Cinex, and I'm extremely sensitive to taste and can't handle most strains. I'm in the early stages of ankylosing spondylitis, a very painful form of arthritis where my immune system attacks my spine and causes damage and vertebrae fusion, and Gelato Cake completely knocks out that pain as well as any stress and depression I'm experiencing. Some reviews say it's sedating, but I didn't find it to be so; it gave me energy at first and just a nice sense of relaxation as the mostly body-focused high went on. There's a wonderful tingly feeling that wraps around your head at higher doses, and the strain seems perfect for both medical and recreational use. Easily my favorite strain, surpassing my previous favorite Blue Dream by a mile, and I recommend anyone with access try it.

Has lately became one of my go to strains. I'm a big lover of "cake" strains to begin with. I love the taste. And, at 27% it's no slouch! It's definitely a night time or at least late afternoon strain. However, if you are familiar with micro dosing, you can get away with daytime use. Just be careful and responsible. It's a great medical and rec strain. I also believe Gelato Cake is/aka Ice Cream Cake so they are one in the same. Wedding Cake X Gelato #33. It's a great strain. In love with the smell and taste. And of course, the feeling. Very mellow and smooth. Just great! That's why Gelato Cake is quickly becoming my go to strain. Nothing negative. Just be careful on early daytime dosing because you may have to change your plans lol. Microdose - one hit every five minutes - until you know how you it makes you feel.
