This is my favorite strain! It helps me with insomnia and my muscle spasms! I don’t think a doctor could prescribe me anything better than this! It also works better than sleep teas from my experience. I used to drink sleep teas before going to sleep, but I think after a while of daily use it stops working, or it becomes less effective. This was used after using melatonin pills that stopped working, and those were used after sleep pills that stopped working. I have horrible back pain, scoliosis and sciatica, and have been seeking help for this problem for a long time. I grew up poor and became poor as an adult, and have never been to afford any sort of help. I turned to going to a chiropractor and a masseuse, but I could only afford so many visits. I eventually resorted to doing yoga daily. It helps a lot, and it’s affordable, but it takes longer and continued practice to see positive results, but I still do it every night and now couple it with GDP! When I learned of the effects of this strain, I had to get my own stash, and I’ll eventually grow my own! I’m grateful of nature, and the person who created this strain, Ken Estes! I feel that there’s hope for me to live a better life because of this strain!

A true classic dank, the Granddaddy Purple is a funk amongst strands. Rich indigo purple, crazy orange hairs to contrast. The high is an indica-dominant for this shit will put you to sleep!!

This strain is awesome! Smoking it right now! So relax.

This strain was at the top of my list to try. This strain definitely has a laid back approach. I don't even notice when it has kicked in until I realize my mind is not racing and I can actually concentrate on a single thought. This seems to be better for me during the day. I'm more relaxed, not on edge, which is generally constant for my PTSD. In a sense, I feel normal! whatever normal may be.

Granddaddy Purp is the most powerful bud I have ever smoked I think. Lots of purple all thru the bud and hits very strong. One hitter. Gets you where you want to be fast.

Really like this strain mid evening. At first there's a rush of energy and then the high settles to a mellow stone. You're still fully functional. it's one if the more amazing strains. We hardly ever see it around here. When it makes its way to town, I immediately buy a quarter. A little goes a long way but you can just keep smoking it and see where it takes you..I usually wind up saying "I don't believe this"....You feel like a bobble head doll in outer space. It's really fun. Everything's hilarious and you can't stop smiling.

Truly a legendary strain, this strain is in my top 5.
