What a find! This is the first strain I had ever tried. The high CBD allowed me to function during the day, and yet, allowed my severe Neuropathy to dissapear.
It gives a small, almost untraceable head high that basically leaves you feeling like you didn't smoke anything.
It made me extremely talkative, without physical pain, and allowed me to feel happy, and excited to be alive. I have PTSD, anxiety, and Panic disorder, which seemed to slip away amidst the use of Harlequin
I would suggest this to anyone who may be looking for a "Starter" for first time CBD use.
This is the best strain I’ve tried for my anxiety. It works wonders - esp for medium to low anxiety and helps me start my day feeling nice and relaxed. Pretty much zero ‘head high’ so I can get my work done which is pretty awesome since my work is all ‘thinking’.
I believe to have finally found the strain that best suits my lifestyle.
I only really started consuming marijuana in my mid-thirties. My work can be a major source of stress and anxiety and I found that marijuana helps me relax and go to sleep. The caveat however was that I would frequently suffer from grogginess and a foggy mind the next morning, what I imagine people commonly call a "weed hangover".
Harlequin CBD relaxes my mind and body and despite the lower THC levels, still gives me a nice high. The difference compared to the stronger strains I have tried is that you can easily snap out of that altered state and keep paranoia at bay. Most importantly, the next morning I feel fine.
The only unavoidable side effect is the dry mouth it causes, so I drink lots of water and eat some fruit after a session. I vape the product in my MFLB, a fabulous device, so a little goes a long way.
With the legalization of cannabis in Canada on our doorstep, I look forward to trying other CBD-dominant strains, ideally grown organically.
currently my daytime favorite GOTOWORK strain.
Helps:
FOCUS-GOOD FOR COMPUTER LONG TERM THINKING.
INCREASED ENERGY
UPLIFT IN MOOD
LESS APPETITE*
*I WASN'T HUNGRY ON THIS, BUT AWARE THAT I NEEDED
TO DRINK AND STAY HYDRATED. ELECTROLYTES ARE GOOD,
AND A CARROT-KALE AND ALL THAT GREAT GREEN STUFF
IN A GREAT BIG PITCHER TO DRINK IS APPRECIATED.
**GOOD STRAIN AND PERSONALLY ENDORSE FOR TBI PATIENTS. I FIND
IT HELPS WITH
"BRAIN FLOODINGS"
DECREASED SOCIAL ANXIETY FOR TBI PATIENTS
PAIN CONTROL FROM 7TO4 FOR AN HOUR CONSISTENT.
GOOD CONSISTENT STRAIN.
I ALSO RECOMMEND CBD OIL IN BETWEEN FOR THOSE STRUGGLING
WITH TBI.
i wanted to loove this, and so many ppl are sayin the got no anxiety with it. im an indica gal but i love edibles and got this with
RSO cbd knowing it was a sativa. sadly it made me super anxious
I absolutely love this stuff. There’s only one dispo in town that currently carries it, and it’s expensive… but I really do love it. The strain here is 19% CBD and 2% THC, so it doesn’t do much in terms of getting you ‘high’, but it definitely calms down my brain and allows me to focus. It’s a perfect strain for when you need to get stuff done. Nice little kick of energy, but not twitchy like with energy drinks. Just feels like a natural relief from fatigue. This will definitely be in my rotation. I honestly wish it were a little closer to 1:1, or even 2:1, but I’m happy with this for sure.
Great for people who have anxiety when smoking
July last year I injured my back and enflamed my sciatic nerve down both legs. The 3 prescriptions I was given caused constipation and didn't work well together. I was given this strain and after my first bowl I changed my outlook on cannabis. 20 minutes after my muscle spasms stopped, my constant nerve pain stopped, and after 2 days I took myself off the meds. It doesn't taste the greatest, it barely gives you a head high, it only lasts a few hours although you don't need a lot, but it truly worked at least as well as the medication I was taking for pain, spasms, and inflammation. All without the side effect I mentioned.
