Harlequin is one of my favorite strains. I use high-CBD strains daily for my anxiety and to help me sleep and for when I get migraines. Harlequin has started to become my go-to for daily use to help my anxiety not be too bad. It makes me feel uplifted and allows me to push through whatever is blocking me. It produces minimal effects that are just enough to take the edge off.
Also, keep in mind, I don't use sativas very often because they can make me anxious. But harlequin doesn't have that effect.
It had a very mountain taste. It reminded me of the boat times. Highly recommend for afternoon use, especially if you have pain and want to just kick back.
Super calming strain. I have been using the ACDC type strains up until now which have basically 01% THC and the rest CBD. This is also the first time I am using dry leaf and not oil. So this review is based on the dry leaf in a Vape. Very relaxed, maybe a little happy, however I feel that my head is clear and I can still function normally. Just ordered and 8th so I can have it always on hand!
I didn't think I'd end up with a favorite strain, but here I am! Harlequin helps when I have a migraine, without making me paranoid or sleepy so I can continue about my day. I can also use it for running and keeping me focused while suppressing the suck of running for someone who is a bit out of shape, giving me a better work out. Sometimes it is a lifesaver (when a migraine strikes) and sometimes it is fun life enhancement (running) so it is versatile enough for me to always keep some on hand. So glad I found this strain!
Fantastic strain! I deal with anxiety and depersonalization from time to time and this strain gave me excellent pain killing properties without any panic or worry! Left me with a fully functioning brain too.
For use with pain reduction, this strain is absolutely incredible! I have near constant back pain and muscle spasms. There are many strains that I've tried that work well to treat these problems, but they all also included some mental effects which, while pleasant, are not always desired when working a demanding position. Harlequin really delivers in this area. It provides lasting pain relief, but comparatively minor, and short lived, mental effects.

As others have said, despite being 75% sativa, Harlequin has a surprising sedative effect. It wouldn't bother me as much if it at least increased my focus, but it definitely does not. Mind wanders. That said, it's great for anxiety and depression... if I smoke during an anxiety attack, it calms me down and lifts my mood which is much appreciated.
I'm a noob to MMJ. That said… Excellent daytime pain relief for rheumatoid arthritis. No couch lock. It leaves me clearheaded and able to focus. I can get work done if necessary. High CBD strains help reduce the inflammation for me as well. Only downside is the headache it gives me. but I just take some acetaminophen. It certainly beats having to take opiates. Thanks be to God!
