I had tried this in vape format a few months back. loved the effects it was perfect. so i went out on a journey to find it. came up empty handed. randomly the other day I find some and jumped on the last 2 ounces. this is by far the best weed I have had since I got my medical. just the right high and balance. fully relaxed. great for people with anxiety.
great strain for getting a small decent buzz and feeling relaxed. I was expecting a bit more of the sativa but am pleased with the effects.

Very little pain relief for all the hype.

I tried Harlequin based on many great reviews. Especially from those who suffer from anxiety. I don’t know if it’s just my brain chemistry or what but this gave me anxiety. Bad. My muscles stayed tense and after it wore off, my neck and shoulders are all knotted up and in pain. There was not one thing that I liked about this strain. I definitely won’t be trying it again.
I was a 4-6 joint a day smoker for years but had to stop after developing serious anxiety. Cut to a few years ago and I decided to give bud another shot and have been using this strain ever since. Super mellow, with zero anxiety. It reminds me of why I loved bud so much to begin with.
It’s perfect for taking the edge off while still allowing me to be fully functional.
Yeah, personally I found myself really enjoying this strain, to the point I wanted to know more about it. Yes I can agree it helps with anxiety..which is kinda strange because I thought AND was informed that sativa strains would actually produce anxiety. I did catch some euphoric moments with it. Mild to no feelings of sedated really.!
So far this strain made it to my favs ☺️
I am ADHD and so varieties tend to act unexpectedly for me. Harlequin is excellent. The high is very mellow and relaxing. Pain relief is good - not great like the heavy Indicas, but it leaves me very functional. Enhancing morale vs wrapping the pain in cotton.
In general, Harlequin acts as a moderator for the effects other varieties - such as Cherry Kush or Skywalker.
This is an outstanding daytime variety for me and is a great starting point for folks new to cannabis. Pay close attention to the THC/CBD ratio. Harlequin should be at least 10x higher in CBD than THC.
This is a great beginner strain because it is high in CBD which is great for newbies. This was one of the first strains that I tried and I had a balanced high. It just gave me hella munchies and it made me happy. Now that I am a seasoned smoker, it doesn't give me much of a buzz.
