This is my first smokeable option I have tried since coming back to pot after being a pothead and becoming overly paranoid. I am using this for chronic back pain due to Endometriosis and anxiety. What I got I am still working on and I love it - it doesn't get rid of all my pain but it helps, NO anxiety due to it being high CBD, and a very relaxed mindset without feeling stoned. I could smoke this and focus to work if I needed to. **UPDATE: In comparing this to CBD Shark for pain, CBD Shark is much better. This is good for my anxiety, though.**

Harlequin is hands down my favorite sativa strain. It's my go-to when I go out dancing, the music feels great, I want to move and everyone's my friend. Even if I get higher than I'd like, I don't get anxious or paranoid, which is important when I'm out in public and dealing with strangers and large crowds. I just think 'yeah man, I'm really high, so what?' Great strain for picking yourself up after a stressful day, but keeps you focused on your tasks when you still gotta get things done. Good choice for my chronic back pain, too. My pet name for Harlequin is 'Brain Balm.'

I smoked this strain once and it was non-eventful. I tried it again (different grower) and absolutely loved it. The high was a verifiable rush of pain relief, at the same time giving me a warm, uplifting, happy feeling. Even though I am a 24/7 medical user, I definitely felt it's effects without it overpowering, over-energizing, over-sedating or so strongly affecting my short term memory like sativas seem to do. A new daytime favorite.

This strain has made me fall in love with weed again.

so perfect for PTSD and anxiety symptoms. its effects tend toward alertness, but can also be sedating in higher doses. as with most CBD strains, it feels like a warm blanket over your body and mind.

Agree with many reviews here: sets in nicely, relaxing; good for a chill-out sesh at night + doesn't mess with your head / doesn't send you to outer space. PERFECT for listening to music, conversations were confident, easy and insightful (still true the day after, too). Got way tired but I think that's more situational than strain-related, would love to try this with some coffee on a Sunday afternoon with a few art projects to see how things go. Only bummer is that there's a really quick fade out -- effects were gone after about 75m (even though that hour-plus felt pretty long). A few solid hits of this right before your favorite band hit the stage would be pretty excellent. ✌🏻️

This is my go-to for anxiety and pain. I use it in a Pax Era cartridge and when I am feeling panicked, one or two hits and I calm down. It’s the second-best substance for panic attacks (#1 would be bentos, but due to people abusing them it is hard to get, and lots of people don’t like side effects) I have taken. I relax, but can focus and finish my sentences. It’s more of a calm high, but have never experienced anything remotely like couch-lock. I have also just smoked a joint and had the same effect, but it is a little harder to focus. Never has caused munchies or dry mouth or red eyes. I wouldn’t recommend it to people who want to get REALLY effed up ASAP, there’s not enough THC in it for that. Have recommended it to friends who also suffer anxiety and stress (like me) and they really liked it. If you want a more subtle high and anxiety relief I highly recommend this... also works well for pain and has knocked out headaches a few times for me, so that’s a bonus!
