Not big into sativas but this one I make an exception. This ones a knock out. I wouldn't doubt this one goes down in the history books like diesels. This is how all sativas should be
Probably the best strain I have ever tried. The high lasts very long. OCD sufferers are in for a treat. Depressed people are in for a treat. Anxiety sufferers are in for a treat. This is a psychedelic strain. If you are an artist, beware, because you WILL have inspiration.
Jack Herer is a classic strain here in Bmore. I know the strain is Jack Herer, we call it Jack Hair, everytime it comes around. There are two reasons for that. One, when you break it apart to see the interior and to put it in the grinder, you get a hint of chocolate. Two, the high hits you within two minutes because Jack Hair is a very strong sativa.
This strain is a great psychoactive for depression or for when your mind is feeling "off" or slow. JH is a great daytime strain and a highly effective social one at that. If you take this by yourself, I recommend no outside stimulations like TV or Facebook. JH shines a warm, loving light in the darkest areas of the mind, and is great for smoking alone. When you use it socially, expect to speak a lot, and be engaged. If you are a silent type (as I am), you still feel like you part of the room because JH quiets depressive thoughts so you can enjoy the moment and conversation.
Highly recommended. For experienced users who normally go heavy on indicas, JH is a great sativa alternative if you want to smoke, but don't want to feel lethargic.
Oh my god, this strain is phenomenal. Very strong cerebral elevation, none of the anxiety that some sativas have. It makes one feel very vibrant, but still relaxed mentally. And it's very introspective, philosophical, promotes critical thinking.
It's a tiny bit of a creeper. It's so very, very euphoric and...well, magical feeling. I wish I had more! I burned through the bag of this strain very quickly. Hope I can get some more sometime, cause this strain is fucking amazing. Very good for depression, anxiety, boredom.
Probably my favorite strain of all time tbh.
Just had open heart surgery 3 weeks ago this is the best shit for pain management! Beats all the addictive pain meds they had me on.
If you are looking for a pick me up throughout the day, you have come to the right strain. This herb provides a focused and energetic buzz, but is mellow on the anxiety unlike many sativa strains. Jack Herer definitely stimulates my creative juices, and on top of all of that it helps relieve the inflammation and pressure feeling in my joints, especially my knees and ankles from being on my feet at work all day. And for the icing on the cake, this strain help to relieve symptoms of stress and really takes the edge off of some bad depression. This strain is a daytime strain and can keep you up at night if used too late in the day. Caution to newbies about smoking too much. This isn't the kind of strain you would have a joint of, load up a nice, single bowl in one of your glass pieces and just a few hits or rips and it'll put you in a clear head, but dream-like state.
With the vast array of symptoms Jack Herer helps me with, I've termed Jack as the "swiss army knife of cannabis"! By far my favorite strain of all time! I typically gravitate towards sativa's for fatigue, motivation to exercise, mood, appetite suppressant & focus. Jack has been a life saver for all of that as well as stress & anxiety relief. And this is one of the few sativa strains I can have in the evenings as it helps with sleep too. Not to forget the prefect wave of euphoria that washes away bad moods/feelings and brings about that uncontrollable ear to ear grin.
Also, as a fitness professional I want to point out that this strain is great for those who are looking to stay on track with their health & fitness goals as it doesn't cause me to get the "intense" munchies. And as I mentioned earlier, I can use it as a pre-workout instead of caffeine before any type of exercise(but nothing beats a bowl of jack and a relaxing yoga session) ; )
