Lifter

This is my “go to” daytime strain. Helps with anxiety. Feelings are happiness, uplifting and calming I’m sensitive to THC so this is perfect for me. No feelings of paranoia at all.

Truthfully I don’t notice a lot of the difference between strains of the same type, so taste is the main draw for me. This is my favorite strain. I haven’t had it in a while, but God I miss it whenever I smoke my other stuff. I tend to enjoy earthy/woody or diesel-y weed, and this does it for me. It was also my first strain so it’s nostalgic for me. I smoke CBD and THC weed, I so wish this came in THC. I’m still trying to find something with THC that tastes as close as possible

I tried a four-strain sample package of CBD strains from a grower. One was awful, like smoking twine. Two were okay. Lifter won the prize (future buys). I'm sticking to this for pain relief. There are times when you can't wait 1 - 1 1/2 hours for pills to work. Within a minute, you start to get relief. Inhalation works faster than ingestion and digestion. I searched for a CBD dominant strain with low THC to avoid getting stoned. If you are a stoner looking to get bouldered, you might rate it a zero. Cognitive impairment (see - 11th grade words) is minimal. A very slight pleasant and relaxing buzz starts after five minutes and lasts about 2 hours. I can't say much about aroma and taste because I lack the refinement of a connoisseur. However, of great importance to me, the smoke is mild. I have never coughed with it. Another plus is that I did not get the munchies. I weigh enough already.
