Amazing… this is my first time trying Lilac Diesel. I got a 5pack of 1/2 gram pre rolls at my local dispensary. They don’t disappoint! Super smooth strain. I usually lean more towards indicas, but this is phenomenal. I feel energized but not over-energized and I can still relax. 10/10
Alright, so, I agree with the review that said it doesn’t really matter what strain it is, good weed is weed. It’s all good. But this strain changed my mind. My theory now is you need to find a stain whose frequency harmonizes with your frequency. Then there is a symphony. For me, this strain was it.
I wasn't intending on this product when I came across it and the name attracted me - I love lilacs! what I generally steer away from is the *diesels* though - this attracted me and it was a good sale - I've enjoyed other Tumble products ... this did not disappoint. I smoke a lot, for years and rarely get affects - I felt pretty good after one use (flower \bubbler) - this is making me feel real nice, took some edge off chronic pain - it's left be a little functional - and the flavor ..this faint floral...so faint I almost missed it yet enough to make me immediate want to have more - a new fave
I have mixed feelings about Lilac Diesel. I bought a Chela brand pre-roll of this strain and smoked one hit and waited about 5 minutes. I didn’t feel as much as I hoped, so I hit once more, noticing some of the natural resin seeping through the weed paper. Seeing that, I realized I’d probably get a solid hit.
PROS:
The next 2 hours, intending to edit some of my current in-progress music, I instead listened to unfinished music, joyous and enamored, with no criticisms of the music. I ENJOYED EVERYTHING I HEARD AND REALIZED HOW I HOLD TOO MUCH CONTROL OVER MY CREATIVE OUTCOMES. I was inspired and happy, albeit a bit paranoid to touch my creative tools.
CONS:
I’m fine with a head high usually, but this one gave me a lot of pressure between my eyebrows and was much stronger than what I expected. This is one of the only strains I’ve had that made me drag the next day. I had very little energy, desire, joy, or focus. I was anxious and critical. IN SHORT, THE NEXT DAY MY SYMPTOMS WERE EXACERBATED.
I think this strain is likely best for folks who have a high tolerance and need a strong dose. In the future, I’ll reserve this strain only for a day that is intended for creative consumption rather than creative execution.
Taste is Great, High is Immediate and calm
Picked up flower (21%) at Curaleaf in Florida. Came on quickly and strong. Felt the sativa side even though listed as a hybrid, very energized and euphoric feeling. Not a huge fan of the flavor (not bad, I just prefer a sweeter taste - everyone is different), diesel/fuel is a perfect description. A nice wake and bake. Lower quantities worked better for me as anxiety sneaked in when I smoked too much. Not a top favorite but would still recommend, especially for sativa lovers.
Honestly one of my favourite strains. Super energetic and made me dance and I never dance. Nice taste a little on the floral side which is really nice that it doesn’t smell funky. Strongly recommend if you are looking to party
The most striking thing about lilac diesel is the scent. Even wrapped up in a joint, it has a strong and unusually pleasant odor, reminiscent of berries and black pepper more than lilac. The taste of the smoke is a little more skunky and peppery than the buds, but still pleasant.
My tolerance for weed has gotten very low and I often get uncomfortably out of it (paranoid, confused, time dilation) when I smoke high THC (20%+) strains. Lilac diesel's high, thankfully, has none of those effects. The high feels bright, relaxed, and focused (even hyperfocused). It is a little bit asocial, but sound and vision are enhanced, so it can very fun to smoke it and listen to music alone or go for a walk. Peak effects don't last too long, which can be a blessing or a curse depending on whether you have other things to do later in the day.
