OG Kush reviews

I understand why this strain has stood the test of time and is legendary. Im not a flavor guy but the smell to me is old school pot from the 80’s and 90’s. The descriptions online of the effects are spot on except for the munchies. I didn’t get them too bad. The high evolves. It hits you with euphoria and energy. Then the giggles. Then it hits you with a heavy, sort of sleepy but wonderful feeling. Even with the heaviness you still want to stand on a stool with your upright vacuum cleaner and roll it over you ceiling to get rid of cobwebs.

Got some premium OG Kush wax and is taaassstttyy. Really nice orange and tan kind of color. The consistency is easy to work with and it melts nice.

This is in my top three ever smoked for me, in my 28 years of smoking cannabis, so that's saying a lot. Now I'm talking about the Reserva Privada OG Kush which is predominantly Indica dominant, but has about 30% or less Sativa in it. The stuff makes my teeth hurt it's so strong. I usually only take about 3-5 puffs off my vaporizer of any strain and this stuff is 3 hits and I'm good for a long time. I've never eaten, nor slept better than after having some OG Kush. I can eat for days and sleep 12 hours if so inclined. Great for evening smoke when you want to just pig out and sleep like a log. I wouldn't smoke it during the day unless I had absolutely nothing to do. This stuff lives up to it's well deserved reputation. Very lemony and skunky tasting. Everyone needs to try it once, but beware, no joke and not for beginners.

I expected a lot from this strain due to all the positive reviews on this site and from some very knowledgeable users. This was the third time I tried and this was confirmed at 21.4 pct THC. Yea it's not 30, but still should be decent. Maybe it's just me, but I think it's mediocre at best and glad I didn't go all hog wild and buy more. For some reason it just doesn't do it for me, but know others who love. I might just be the odd man out on this one:)

The smell in the Jar, more than the familiar name, told me I had to bring it home with me. It's got a great density/surface area ratio and the gram I picked up lasted a long time in my bong. One picks you up, two sends you into deep thought, three sends you into deep sleep.
