A few long rips to the dome radiates euphoria throughout your body, sending you into a deep rejuvenating sleep. Chronic perfection.

Man this was the worst experience I have ever had since using Marijuana for my anxiety/panic disorder. Suffice to say I had a racing, pounding heart for an hour and forty-five minutes. It took well over three hours for me to feel well enough to even get up and leave the room. My head was spinning, my muscles felt like rubber, my chest was on fire as was the back of my head. I couldn't function and basically went from sitting, to reclining, to pacing to laying down. Nothing good came from this experience. Time to get RID of all the Diesel in the house!

So I'm still a rookie with cannabis (Rec dispensaries just starting to open here), but I've tried a handful of strains, and Sour D has been a revelation for me. I still prefer the body high from indica to help with sleep, but Sour D is a SUPER versatile strain. I describe the high as "putting your brain in a different level", if that makes any sense. If you're feeling energetic, Sour D will help you put your mind to getting stuff done. If you want to take a nap, Sour D helps put your brain at that dream level right away. There is no body high to speak of, so no matter how "in the clouds" your thoughts might get, it won't slow you down... unless you want it to - that sort of thing. Also, I know reviews are subjective, and I do not suffer from serious migraines or anything like that, but in my experience Sour D ERASES headaches. I would recommend it for that as well as any head cold or illness where a headache might be a symptom. Sour D is also tremendous in the morning with a cup of coffee, but it's so versatile that it can be used at night too. I love the taste too. I have been vaping this stuff - First hit tastes almost entirely like lemon, then after that I seem to get mostly the diesel. Literally perfectly named strain for its taste!

I have been Diagnosed with and have Suffered From; PTSD and Generalized Anxiety and Major Depressive Disorder. I can definitely Say this is such a wonderful strain for myself and my depression. i hope this helps.

So I never write reviews for anything but this weed is the absolute best thing ever. I’ve been dealing with anxiety off and on for the past 8ish years. For a time, weed made my anxiety worse so I quit. About 2 years ago, I got back into it. This time with more moderation and control. I had experimented with indicas and hybrids and they were good but not quite what I was looking for. I tried to avoid sativa because everything says it’s uplifting and energizing. That’s the exact opposite of what my anxiety needs. I quit caffeine because of my anxiety. No this is different. With sour diesel, there is no euphoria. I don’t feel high. It’s literally a light switch to my anxiety. I have the ability to simply switch. It. Off. It makes me happy and talkative. Simply great stuff

it's notoriety lived up to the hype. expected it to be super crazy intense but it honestly felt perfect. really good strain for social interaction.
