Sour Dubb reviews

This strain is actually Soma's New York City Diesel crossed with B.O.G.'s Sour Bubble by B.O.G. He mentioned it in the Pot Cast at minute 28 if you want to double check Leafly editors! Currently trying some out and it's very heady, racy stuff. Not mind numbing but definitely euphoric. The pheno I have is a kind of sticky marshmallow nug with a old dirty diesel smell with undertones of wood and spice.

Thoroughly enjoyed this strain from the unique flavor to the very strong buzz. Starting out with an extremely strong head high that is similar to some of my first times getting high. Very animated like the world is going by like the reels of a movie with flashes of red and blue similar to wearing old 3D glasses. During this period which comes on right after taking first puff while still taking in the fullness of this flowers flavor. A rich thick tart smoke which carries a few very intense terpene combinations hard to pull apart. Can't wait to get some more of this flower to sit with it, really distinguishing one flavor from the next. While still noticing and trying to pull apart the strange sourness from the diesel notes the head takes a bubbly fast paced trip. At this point there may be some anxiety or uneasy vibes to the high because this strain is potent. Even at just under 19% there was more of a mid twenties feel to the buzz which made it an extra treat. This heady energy lasted for about 30-45 minutes settling into a more manageable buzz for a few hours before toning it down to show off the more indican qualities. My advice to folks would be to start out slow with this long lasting strain. Wouldn't call it a creeper because it gets the user extremely high right away. Goes so high that it takes a few hours before really hitting "stoned". Personally this is a great way to go, but I enjoy both being high for recreation, spiritual reasons, and also for the many medicinal values. This is not always the case as many prefer just the latter or the more milder social aspects of many strains. Sour Dubble is a bit heavier, but should def be tried even if mixed with other strains or just a little bit because it is special for both taste & effect.

Soothing weed. When I smoked it without mixing another strain in, it was TOO relaxing for me, but if I smoked about 80-90% sour dubble mixed with 10-20% something like Hawaiian Dutch, it was perrrrfect for me. (I'm not sure how to describe the effect, but it was like slipping into a bath of "comfortable"

Pretty strong. GIves body high as well as a strong floaty high. Arms feel floaty. It was sold to me as energizing so I'm disappointed in that regard. It's not that. It's a floaty high, not as much mood lift as, say, Lemon Diesel. At the same time, you're able to focus though. So it's a sort of a Being John Malkovich kind of experience. It feels like you're controlling someone else's body but able to think clearly as yourself. Understand? Has a kinda drowsy feel, so I wouldn't go to the office like this. It'll be written on your (almost closed) eyes.. I don't see it as "talkative." But maybe in a few days I'll see what everybody means. Will I enjoy it? SURE! But I won't be buying this one again. But if what I describe above is what you like, then go at it, my friend. Basically, it smokes like a strong hybrid. I like uplifting relaxed and focused sativas. This isn't that.

Damn. It's like the big head high of sour diesel, but then you get totally smacked. Good if you're a fan of Blue Dream and related strains.
