Good head change and a nice little body
One of my favorite strains. At low doses it is very energizing and uplifting. Good for motivating myself to get up and get things done. Very good for social anxiety as well - it definitely makes me feel calm, and normally stressful situations seem like no big deal. At larger doses, it has a more relaxing effect. Good for sitting on the couch and playing video games, or writing. If I use enough, I can even fall asleep from this. Effects are consistent whether you're consuming bud or concentrates.
This strain definitely lives up to its description. It's very uplifting, and perfect for times of elevated stress or to help combat depression and social anxiety, I'm still able to function and have up lifting conversations after medicating. Perfect for meditation as well.
This makes me feel good for the moment but later, I get paranoid, moody & angry. My anxiety actually gets worse.

Of the sativas I've tried recently, this has been my least favorite. Although it does give a reasonable high, the effects are short-lived. I don't necessarily dislike Strawberry Cough, but for the type of high that I like to experience, it doesn't quite fit the bill.
For someone looking to simply enjoy the aroma or wants to be high for a very brief, I say give it a go. But it you're like me and like to ride out your high for a while before easing your way back to earth, look elsewhere.
Good weeknight smoke, relaxed, clear headed and tingles.
