Very strange high to me, but overall a very good experience. Lasted around 3-4 hours of intense stone, then buzzed for another 3-4 hours, only smoking .5 grams!!! Seemed a lot more like a hybrid to me, as For the first hour and a half hours I couldn't stop moving and was extremely creative, and then for the rest of the time just sat down listening to music, not being able to stop spinning my head around as if it were a planet revolving around the sun. Only disappointment was that it increased anxiety where it's said to decrease it. But not only was the flavor awesome, the high itself was just a must have for any stoner. Also I ate 5 barbecue sandwiches, a bag of Fritos, 4 plates of food at the Chinese buffet all in about a 3 hour time frame, so be prepared for that, as I'm not even overweight.
Sweet smelling berry smell, and isn't a heavy smell. The taste does not match the smell, and doesn't taste great. This lives up to the name, and will make some cough, asthmatics are especially vulnerable to this. It alternates between a relaxed, almost couch-locked feeling and a feeling of higher energy. It also may give you a mild headache and/or head cloudiness. Vaping is much better than smoking, because it will cause less coughing. Although not the worst strain, I don't think I will be getting this again, as the negative outweighs the positive.
I love this strain so much! It's very relaxing and tastes like candy! It's great for relieving pain and stress! It also lasts longer for me than most other strains I've had
Fantastic, love using this when I need to be productive and/or creative. Really allows me to get out of my own way, so to speak. General effects for me include feeling childlike wonderment, vivid imagination, reduced stress, and increase in energy/focus (but it doesn't feel buzzy like other sativas can.) Music also sounds lovely on it.
The only downside for me is that it's not the best strain in the world for socializing on. I find that it can be harder for me to find the right words to say on this strain; I can do it, it just feels like my mouth and my thoughts have some lag between them. There are other strains better for socializing with others (I'm partial to 1:1 THC:CBD strains for hanging out with folks.)
But when I'm alone, I'm smoking Strawberry Cough. It's my favorite strain at the moment, as it's the only strain I've been on where I feel motivated to do work and not be overwhelmed by it at all. It's fun, comforting, and inspiring all at once. Highly recommend.
I am a veteran and former law enforcement officer with PTSD and have multiple different injuries that I have battled with for years. These include leg seizures due to nerve damage and multiple broken bones in the legs for about 8 years. Multiple concussions also.
I've been off all Pharms for over 4 years now and now run Ultra Marathons utilizing Sativas and Hybrids. Durban Poison and Dutch Treat have been tops in my training and recovery. I have trained with Strawberry Cough and ran my last 50k with it all the way. Amazing!! Got me through some tough spots out there and helped me stay in the moment. Pushed me to other limits. Definitely gonna keep this one in my rotation. 👌😎🤙
I’m a fan. It’s like a lovely stroll through a flower garden. I need a stronger pick up in the morning. My depression is no joke. But this is the perfect addition to keep me happy, but not nut job happy, as I participate in the land of the living. It’s a delightful smoke. I’d also like to have it on hand for guests. I think even a novice would enjoy this perfectly-social high. And heavier smokers will appreciate just how perfect in that way this strain is. Will it send you to the moon? No. But if that’s what you are looking for in this strain, you missed the point. Take it easy. Every little thing is going to be alright.
Great strain!!!
At first the cough behind it was crazy then after some cold water I was chill. Then BOOM energy ⚡️! (No seriously!!) I cleaned my entire house and did laundry. With energy to spare and clean my storage! Okay bye!!! (I may go put up my Christmas tree now and paint a portrait.)
This is one of my favorite strains for anxiety and stress, and it is one of the few strains that I've ever used where I didn't need to worry about any anxiety from having too much as well. Strawberry cough is medicine . In small doses, it's kinda clear-headed, but at higher doses, I find it takes you to a place where there isn't going to be any room for deep thought, which is good for PTSD.
