Excellent sweet orange scent and taste. picked up some in honeycomb style at my favorite dispensary here in North Las Vegas, Thrive Market.
This has been my go to strain for daytime pick me ups. For me this works best when I take 1-2 hits at a time every couple of hours. It brightens up my day without getting in the way. With light dosages I get that happy switch in perception that brings me back to high school but with a clear head. I can do everything I need to do with a smile and i don't feel a crash alter. With high dosages i have found that it does spin me up more than I prefer. When I have smoked more of this than I should I have definitely experienced short periods of anxiety that faded after about half an hour.
this strain I've had from regulators extracts in a cartridge. I've always only ever go for strains that are indica or hybrid predominantly indica.
I get a headache kind of pounding but the energy is something that over does the headache. I'm a wall flower. it brings me out of my social anxiety, I talk more openly in my group therapy, and if I take 3 long drags and then hit some do si dos or blueberry kush my headache is gone and I still feel the energy from tangie. in vape form it's very citrus-y
I have PTSD, major depressive disorder, endometriosis, infertility, chronic sinusitis and rhinitis, and nerve pain. I am so focused on art, or cleaning, even my own grooming it's helped my depression that's for sure!
While I am not usually a fan of racy sativa strains due to my anxiety, I make an exception for Tangie. The terps in this strain are unbelievable. Anyone who has tried Tangie knows exactly what I'm talking about. After dabbing it I've literally had people come and ask what brand of orange air freshener I use. The pungent orange taste that is trademark of Tangie is one of the main reasons to try this strain.
I find that as long as I do not smoke too much, the anxiety doesn't come on too strong. Meanwhile, several of my less anxiety-prone friends who have sampled it have claimed it to be one of the best sativas they have ever tried.
Need to clean your entire house, or eat all the Chinese takeout? Have no fear, Tangie's here. First few hits with the pax tasted soapy but I loved the euphoric don't-give-a-fuck high with this one.
There is no better daytime strain for me than my beloved Tangie. I have a very groggy start to my mornings, and because I have ADHD-I coffee does not wake me up. Instead, Tangie is my morning coffee/ADHD medication and I use it every two hours until the evening to keep me focused and productive throughout the day. This is a potent strain so be sure to dose appropriately, otherwise you will get the opposite effect.
As an on again, off again partaker, tangie is the strain that consistently wants to keep me on again. Like many folk, cannabis either makes me anxious, or elates me to levels higher than the Himalayas. Tangie is in the latter category for me. There is a slight edge, but not one that pulls you down. More like a meta awareness that one is high, with acceptance and awareness. I especially recommend this strain to people who want to smoke, but are hesitant of the general negative psychological effects.
Everything seems clearer, I’m more focused. The real life “graphics” are better, brighter, more colorful. I’m bipolar and it makes a big difference in my mood and ability to socialize. I made the mistake of rapid puffing instead of taking a pull and waiting 10 minutes. Never again. It taste like morning OJ, but will kick your ass like a night of screwdrivers. The only drawback is it gives me a headache a few hours after I stop smoking it.
