3Fifteen Primo STL

This was my second visit to 3Fifteen, but it’s been over a year since I last stopped by. Given their impressive selection on the website, I assumed the in-store experience would match. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The service I received this time was incredibly disappointing. I believe the manager, a young white woman (possibly named Chloe?), was very rude. Her attitude came off as condescending and borderline racist. She was short with us and her tone was far from welcoming. During my first visit, the staff were amazing — 2 guys, (who, ironically, i believe were also managers), were both super helpful and informative. They made my first experience great, which is why I brought my friend this time, hoping for the same level of service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case at all. Both my friend and I ended up leaving without making a purchase. I won’t be returning.

After checking out several places, I went with 3Fifteen. I could not have been more pleased. Friendly staff, quality products and smooth process. I'll be back next time I am in SL!!

I went today my favorite edibles bogo & a vape I saved rewards for today had 15 saved up didn't realize the taxes were the way they were I should have known anywho , I was $2 short I was going to take an item off but BRANDON my cashier , I feel seen the pain in my eyes and put it in out of his own pocket, I've never seen him in there before and I go there and only there my friends go everywhere else but I don't , he is the best that was the sweetest thing that he could have done not knowing me , HE DEFINITELY DESERVES EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Literally the worst I've ever experienced! Terrible customer service and racist! Do not shop here.

I had my first bad experience suprisenly after nothing but good experiences prior over the past year. I asked my checker, or tried to ask her a question 3 different times before finally just giving up since she was to busy joking with her co workers than to listen to me or answer my question. Don't know if I'll be using this place as .y go to anymore or not. This last eight I got wasn't very good either. Very disappointing

Love my experiences here either when I shop online or in store. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable with recommendations. Staff are quick to double check their work to make sure I’ve had the best experience.

The man that helped was very helpful he knew exactly what I wanted and gave me options and explained a lot to me that I didn’t know he also was very professional and great customer service

Great products, deals and delivery from the nicest people! Thanks to a promotional product with my order, I tried something new that helped a great deal with pain. Unable to get to dispensary due to disability I get delivery. Everyone has been very nice and my favorite is Olive. She delivers smiles, laughs and my orders. Thank you Olive!

Only reason why I give a 3 on service is the online service definitely needs work. The site gives you discounts with incorrect products of the same brand or promos are vague so you don’t know if all products qualify or not. Definitely, love the products and the in person customer service is exemplary but the UI for online needs attention.

Ok so when I buy bud I'd like to see the product and talk to a person who can give me an accurate reading on the products I'm looking at or for. I hate that I've got to stare at a kiosk screen and guess what I'd like to buy blindly not really my favorite option!!

Plus I'm n walking distance from my house, and they have sativa for $25 now, which is affordable for me.💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😊

3fifteen is my favorite dispensary in St. Louis. The staff are super personable and friendly, they always make my day feel better after every interaction. The rewards program is a real bonus here. I highly recommend checking it out and seeing for yourself.

The bud tenders are so knowledgeable and patient! This has been my go to dispensery for almost 2 years now and their rewards program is amazing!
