Even though it was super busy, I was helped quickly, and Jay was great with my indecisiveness. He even helped curate the rest of my purchase upon request, clueing into what I was looking to achieve.

Priced a tad high for donations but you know exactly what you get. Staff is great and one of the few stores that always has product.

They seriously have the best selection around. I've been looking for Spoild vapes and they are the only shop who has them. Nice clean shop and friendly quick service. I stop by anytime I'm in the area.

Awesome Customer Service! Everyone is always very nice and helpful. Always clean and well organized. The have good products and the variety of strains available are awesome!! The staff is very nice and knowledgeable on their products and always happy to help you with any questions! Great experience!

Poor customer service, most the employees there are not very friendly and make you feel rushed, but there are a couple employees that are nice and helpful. I have came in a few times to find they had closed early and I have also had to wait for them to open, late. I went to this place regularly for a few months but have not been back since Oct. I'm glad there are other stores in the area to buy bud from now!

Awesome and friendly staff! The interior is a little funky but apparently they're following the state code very closely so no negatives there. The strain prices are a tad bit high, but they are the only rec shop for MILES so it's to be expected. I definitely recommend this place if you're a complete noob or a stoner. :)

The best in the valley! Don't even try going to the bake shop, they're filled with rude unknoledgeable budtenders, Altitude is where it's at!

So i a first time smoker and i when 2 altitude today and man did they have alot of stuff i picked up something called belweets .they hit the spot .and took me back nice taste and very nice thanks altitude

Super friendly knowledgable bunch down there. But ya the donation prices , a lil too extreme but good to know there there in a jam. Asked the guy what price break was gonna be on a ounce and they said over 900 a ounce. Good strains tho , very knowledgeable staff . Prolly stop in again . But 115 a 1/8 ... Ouch! I highly recommend the blueberry purple kush, or the blue dream :)

awesome dispensary, I go here instead of yakima because they always have at least 5+ different strains to choose from and better prices too. One time I drove all the way to yakima and they were closed because they were out of product, so on my way back I went to Altitude and they hooked me up. Def recommend

Dopest Dope

Shopped exclusively with Altitude for over 2 years, but have felt a strong decline in competitive pricing and customer service. Management seems tense and the quality of advertised sale items is sometimes very poor.

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel welcome; every so often I'd get someone trying to get rid of low quality stuff but they're most honest. I used to drive out of my way from the tri cities to go here, but sadly I feel their quality has dropped off. Prices are comparable to other shops, it's not more expensive.

This is a decent shop with good service. At the time of writing this they do not update their Leafly menu often. So don't count on it being accurate. I chose their shop yesterday based on the strains they offered on Leafly only to arrive and find out they haven't had it for over a week. Also, no fault of the shop itself but, check the producer info when you make a purchase in Washington. Some growers are more qualified to cure and package their product and I am already seeing highly variable differences. The Blue dream I purchased yesterday was good overall but, too dry. I'll be choosing based on the grower first and the strain second until the supply is more stable and experienced. If I were Altitude I would check grower quality and pay accordingly or reject lots that don't meet standard.

Don't let the trolls full you! This place has the lowest prices compared to the other stores. Easy access off I-82 and best and widest selection available. Been to all the local stores and definitely prefer this place.
