Here are a few facts for your consideration:
-Inventory
This seems to be one of their biggest failures as a dispensary. Over the course of 30 days, I conducted my own experiment due to my own disbelief (because honestly, I didn’t want to not like this place, it used to be my #1 dispensary!).
What led me to conduct this was simple really, ever since it changed ownership and became part of a massive company conglomerate approximately 6 months ago, I noticed that they were always out of their “value shelf” flower. And I’m not talking about getting there at 6pm and finding out, this is minutes after opening mind you, as well as only 15 minutes after they went live with there web announcement that day. So I thought, why not actually do an honest test instead of just assuming they were trying to just get people through the door, in an effort to gain monetarily through deception. I drew at random 4 days over the span of about 30 days, of which to specifically go in as soon as they opened, and inquire about their daily discounted eighths. And to my astonishment, not once did they ever have it “in-stock”...
On top of that, their prices have shot way up, except for little treasures like the Jamyn edibles for $10. They are incredibly rush rush, and half of them have zero product knowledge. The turnover rate since being bought out is another annoyance. It’s nice to build some rapport with people. The product itself is great! But you can get the same stuff at half the price just about everywhere else....and without the attitude!

Came here twice and hated both times I came in. On my first visit there was only one guy there and you could tell he had a major attitude, he told me about my first time patient deal and then just said ask if I need to know about something and then just sat back and watched me look over the shelves with a very awkward silence in the room. Next time I came in 3 people were working and damn does it seem like they just have it miserable. More attitude as soon as I asked how much an 1/8th was and told me they only sell by the gram and the guy looked at me as if I were an idiot, then tried doing the math in his head. If you guys are gunna stay open until 10 o’clock at night, make sure your staff isn’t making it seem like we are an inconvenience for them. Never coming back to even get my last $50 for being a FTP

This place has some of the most sad customer service. I always usually like to pre-order if i generally know what i want. I hate having to wait and have had my card for a few years now so i know what im buying most of the time. Now they have a policy that if you ask a question that they feel is bud tending they tell you to come in and they can help you. I understand you don't want to be on the phone all day helping clueless people make orders but they have some problems with making that a reality. First of all the menu hasn't been updated in 2 days as of 9/3/17 at 10:00 am. So how can i make an order if i don't even know what they have or don't have. Second they strain information is just plain sad.. I just want to know if its a hybrid or sativa or indica is that too much to ask for?? so yah if you want to go in for bud tending this place has good quality and they tend to help but if ur a veteran and just want to make a quick pre-order drop in then it tends to be more hassle than its worth.. i mean you would think that updating your menu would be a priority i guess not over the weekend.....

Hmm. How can I place and order if the menu is not up to date? I don't need to hear you should have called ahead. That's what leafly is for. Prices are higher on concentrates. Same brand 5 to 15 cheaper down the road.

Tried and gets some of their flower but all their harvest date was from July of 2022…I don’t know how they get away with selling year old buds….and these pot heads geez man they act like it’s fire…..not worth the price or quality…..
AZCS is probably THEE worst dispensary in arizona, their tree is way over priced where low tier marijuana at a higher quality dispensary is their bottom shelf and at AZCS they sell it as their top tier. The staff has no knowledge of marijuana or anything being sold in their store and just want you to purchase product instead of recommending good quality and potent product we all need and want.

this was the first pharmacy I visited the day I got my card in the mail and I was very dissatisfied by the vibe of the employees I felt like they didn't want to help me it was more of a hurry up and buy and here is a packet for you question's I went there cause I live in el mirage and like to help local businesses but I am for sure going to the youngtown pharmacy where they have better prices and friendlier customer service

The names of strains are NOT an indication of quality. How is it feasible to NOT post the numbers which is all that really matter. We all know that a sour og for example from a different batch or dispensary can swing wildly in quality. In these times you need the numbers (%). I won't go to a dispensary that doesn't post the %'s. Obviously my reviews don't count they were just necessary to post a comment.

They must give out freebies for reviews...This place grows their flower onsite which would be okay if the plants didn’t soak up the smell of the facility. You can taste it and I know I am not the ONLY one. I’ve tried many times but not going back.

Make sure you mention the special of the day because the staff there will NOT tell you about it or remind you. Other places I’ve been to will graciously inform you of the specials... not this place!

I dont like the fact you can't smell a sample of the product. I understand now with the virus but before with the prepackaged garbage yall selling turned me completely away. plus the price gouging during the pandemic. used to have quads for 33, now they 50. yall flower ain't that bomb. I'm just being real with my opinions.

Been coming here on and off for 3 months. At first really liked it but then the last several times the service is HORRIBLE! The chick that works there has a major attitude and VERY unhelpful! Will not go back now because of her crappy customer/patient service. To me I would rather drive somewhere more inconvenient just not to have to deal with her. Also have had better meds else where. No longer impressed and very disappointed.

tried this place after avoiding for a few months. it was easy to rember why I stopped coming here. quality of the flower is suspect, and the packaging sucks leaving everything crispy dry.
my main issue comes with the guy behind the counter. not freindly in the slightest, and acts like your waisting his time unless you buy an oz+. really reminds me of a guy you used to obtain meds from before it was legal. so ill continue taking my business elsewhere

They really lost their touch over the past few years, their flower is good, but concentrate users BEWARE, very high priced for mediocre wax. Other dispensaries want $35 for what they demand $50 for. Atmosphere is superb, flower? Idk don’t use it. Wax? Lower your prices, your wax isn’t that great.

Ditto! Clean, spacious, quality meds, great prices, professional and friendly. Well worth the drive especially for me, I drove an hour from Fountain Hills! There is a dispensary here now (opened this week) with some of the same meds but they are are double the price before tax! Im on a budget and ACS has quality meds for prices we patients can afford especially for a state licensed dispensary!! I will definitely be making the trip again!
this place is horrible. staff sucks!!! can't get them to answer any question on the phone.

I got the highgrade az shatter that they have and the fire og and golden lemon are absolute trash. The ghost og had residual sulfur(which they aren’t supposed to ever spray when flowering?). The only legit one was the doctor who. I have gotten highgrade tons of times from several dispensaries and never experienced such crappy quality. Smelled sour, old, middy, and tasted the same way. Made me gag when I dabbed it. The product was also not in its original packaging which was really weird to me.
