Went for a wax Wednesday special and bought 3.5 grams of wax and was not happy. Looked completely different then what was on there shelves. Wax was not purged long enough, strains crazy train/ napalm Og/ Tahoe express/ and last silver haze which was the only good wax out of the bunch, it had a really smooth hit and looked like good sugar/crumble wax. The napalm/Tahoe/crazy train were all miss leading and very soupy. Half of the wax was left on the paper and had BHO stains through the parchment paper. I did go in and make a complaint but they told me the wax was made by another place and they would "get me next time". And that I should "buy more expensive" product. This definitely wasn't my first visit.

Worst dispensary I've been to in 3 states. High prices for low quality meds. The half grams as people have previously said are all .1-.2 short. People need to always keep in mind this is a cannabis pharmacy. If Walgreens gave you 60% of the antibiotics you were supposed to get, they would be legally liable to correct it, as are these folks. Maintaining state licensure depends on following the law. You also wouldn't find a tip jar on the counter of any other pharmacy but you do here. Do they not pay there employees a living wage? They sure charge you for YOUR MEDICATION like they do.

Can you guys please stop putting shatter or waxy stuff in those containers you have does not work plzzzzz 3rd time not hard to scrape out n leaves wax behind plz put it in non stick paper

I did not like this dispencery. they were not nice and pushed stuff. plus the hybrid blend they gave me sucked.....awful weed smell I dont like smelling crazy.

Order was placed and confirmed by azcs then when i arrived turns out item was not actually what i oredered. So i tell them and they said it was wrong on leafly and they didnt have to honor the price. So i just told them to cancel my order and give me my card.

This used to be my favorite place to go but have found out that my favorite budtender that I have been going to for over a year plus is no longer with them. Time to find a new place

the fact that they put the product in a black bag and you could not see it. I got home and product was as dry as saw dust. Not sure I was looking to smoke powder tonight. One of the main reasons I have stayed clear of this dispensary for almost a year. The product need to be acbit fresher for what is being charged. it's almost like smoking throw away product. I am not happy with it at all. Whatever you do stay away from all of the pre packs.

Place an order early in the morning had to talk 2 workers and they confirmed my order was ready LMAOO JUST TO WASTE MY GAS AND GIVE ME SHRUGG on my item THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME ❤️ this why I stopped going to this dispensary

Arizona Cannabis Society was the first dispensary I shopped after getting my card a few years ago, and they're still my first choice. A+ staff that greet you with a smile and help patients make informed choices,shout out to Tim! Love the selection and daily deals when I'm hurting but broke. See you guys again soon.

So iv been coming here for years and now that they have lines on bogo Friday I’m unable to stand up for a long period of time due to surgery so I asked if I can order online and come in and get it and that was a NO since this bogo sale This place has turned into crap and the quality of the flower is turning into crap dry breaks down way to easy due to it being dry does not taste good horrible taste burns fast high is t that great

Was told the capsules I purchased were RSO, I opened one up and realized the capsules were NOT RSO.

This place is no good anymore. Its as simple as that. Good service, bad product. We dont purchase service so I wish I could give 0 stars. I once came here and passed up everyone for the lemon head og. What I purchased was not that at all. It didn't have the same terps, or effect. It just had a lemon smell in the air when burned that's it. waste of time and money. I might try again in a year. I'm hoping if things don't change this place will no longer be open. Rather then hustling patients out of money.

My third visit. I was driving a few more miles away from Surprise to other dispensary locations to try different options. I was really happy with my choice to try ACS. The staff have been so friendly and informative. I didn’t feel so special tonight when I made my third visit. The bud tender who helped me seemed very annoyed and I felt very rushed and my anxiety kicked in. I asked about my discount for new customers. That was the trigger for him I guess? I was hoping he would suggest something new for me to try for the offered discounts on new customers. You know be a bud tender introduce me to something, be informative??? I was disappointed when he just took off $25dollars off my total balance. Wow. I might try another dispensary that helps me feel better. This dude should NOT be a tender if he treats everyone this way. do better, be kind to everyone

As always azcannabis was awesome with the customer service I receive when I visit. Been shopping around and they have the best quality and specials that I have come across. You have made a true customer of me!!!!

I went last summer back and they recommended Blue Haze based on what I told them I was looking for. To this day it is my favorite strain but have not seen it available here in a while now. So I bought it at 2 other dispensaries and it doesn't even compare to the one here. Can't wait until you guys have it again. I will be stocking up. Also, while looking for something in my drawer I found some of the Blue Haze I bought here, it was a year old already. I smoked it & I swear it was still as good as when i bought.

Whole menu is low to mid Schwag! Unfortunately the prices arent a direct reflection of quality. Sad you feel this is acceptable. Let me predict your response.......... Thanks for the review.....Not sure about how they have so many full blown 5 star reviews, I think their staff writes their own reviews in their spare time.

Everything about ACS is phenomenal EXCEPT those concentrate prices! I mean $90/G come on! Patients over Profits.
