Great Flowers Good Customer Service

first time there 2 staff 2 customers. No free first time anything. They hid in the back and eventually came to the window to process me. NOT WELCOMING/INVITING. MORE LIKE PRISON INTAKE - I get in the back and they act like a customer is an inconvenience to their time. Pricy too. Not even on a desperate day will I ever go back.

Shout out to my Managers who always fix my problems 😉 they know me by face lol Poor people. It doesn't matter what, whether I order for pickup or I go in something happens and we need a manager and without hesitation or conflict they always fix it. Their home stuff is fire 🔥 in my opinion of course. If you buy the 7 azo prerolls let me tell you... you shall not be disappointed!!! I prefer concentrates over green because the odor and where I live. Them prerolls though, I don't give a crap, I will figure it out. I have a crap ton of pictures I will look for with them doing renovation and everything show you how much they have grown.

i stop by here once a week and they always have great customer service, flowers, concentrates, edibles, accessories and glass are smooth! Really organized setup and the lobby is hooked up too. Keep doing your thing and keep it pushin.

I've visited this establishment a couple of times, because their location is pretty convenient when I'm on the west side. On my first time it seemed like I waited just a little too long after completing my registration papers. Then on my second visit I felt a bit pressured to buy their most expensive product. Not a big deal in either case, especially compared to some other places around the metro area.

I went in to azcs today Chris helped me and hooked me up with a pre Rollie I thank him very much it was the bomb

Well went in for the new patient special .I called and was told I get a free preroll orna free gram with any purchase .we got there nobody was at the window .finnaly a dude came up and took our cards and IDS.we went back and started looking at all the stuff.all the flowers smelled the same and weren't fresh.the guy helping us was kinda rude .I asked if he had any prerolls and was told nope .even though I had called 20min prior and was told they did.I asked what gram I could get for my n.p.s. he said its not a free gram its 10% off the total .I said I just called and was told free preroll or gram .We went back and forth .he said what number did you call .I pulled out my cell to get the number I had called from my call list.he got irritated and said "no cell phones in here" wtf? How else can I check the number I called .we went to the lobby got the number .went back in he called it him self and there phone rang lol.dude got pissed went to the back .another guy came out and said you do get either a gram or a preroll .fist guy came back out with a baggy of joints .through one in a bag all huffy .lol so need less to say we both won't be coming back.the flowers didn't taste like blueberry and it took a lot to work .mind you I'm a week smoker .I wonldt recommend this place .not organized and rude ..

Great location, great deals and awesome service

this location is always fast and has great prices, love to come into this location to see the grow room open for show and the staff is always nice and fast.

it was a wonderful experience and the people there are amazing. I don't remember the tenders name but she was excellent at customer service and was sweet as can be

Great place the sour tangie wAs out of this world

This would be a follow up on my reveiw a bit earlier. After inspecting the products I got. an 8th of flower, and 2 brownies. the flower was fine. the brownies however appear to be 3 to 6 months old. I took a bite and got suspicious. So I started to read the packaging. there are 2 harvest or batch dates. one 6 months ago and one 3 months ago. it has an expiration date of Feb. but that would mean it has a 6 to 9 month self life? Idk. I'm not going to eat them though. Super disappointed. I don't like leaving bad reviews.
