Yesterday, I was a first time patient at The Giving Tree Wellness Center. Upon entering, I was greeted by a sweet young lady at the front counter (didn't get her name) and I was asked to fill out some paperwork. After only a couple minutes, I was asked back to the dispensary room. As I looked at my favorite flower strains from Tier 1 to Tier 3, I honestly was not too impressed; especially for the price of the meds here. The buds on Tier 3; the highest shelf were the most dissapointing, especially at $17.25 + Tax Per Gram! Good thing it was my first time here; I got a BOGO quarter which came out to be $92 for 14 Grams. I ended up choosing a strain called Boss Hogg on Tier 2; I can honestly say this was the best looking herb they had in that whole building. I can honestly say that even though they advertise "Lower Prices", you will pay more money here than anywhere else. Even with the given 2nd Time patient deal @ BOGO 50% off, I wouldn't stop back at this shop. Just a bit too expensive for me!

Rip off artists. I bought an 8th of Faith flower from here. They priced it at $32.99, but pulling back the label, $24.99 is the actual price. This is the shadiness you get from harvest. They put profit before patient, especially when money is tight during a pandemic. They care little if it's medicine or not. Money is their ultimate concern.

this was my first time at this dispensary and it was my birthday and everyone was extremely rude and non knowledgeable as to anything that they had I tried to ask questions but the but the tender said that there was a line and then I would have to stand back in line to ask questions or to even get my free birthday gift they give the buds so I got upset left with my flower and when I tried the flower at home it was horrible very dry buds and dirty tasting I will never go here again I've never had a bad experience at a dispensary before I do not recommend this dispensary at all

AZNS used to be the best dispensary around the Gilbert area until they got bought out. I always use leafly pickup for my orders. They used to update the menu every hour, now its been the same for 4 days now. You've been losing me to curaleaf right down the road all because they update their menu hourly. The customer service has also been bad. i had 3,500 points to cash in. They tried everything in the book to not let me use my "loyalty" points. I have been trying to think of a loophole to get around the points rules i was told about, but its impossible. Probably will never be back unless things change dramatically.

Yeah, so I tried it a second time and shame on me. STAY AWAY!!!!!! This place IS a joke. One strain in the whole building. Yes, one. And it was old, dried out garbage that gave me a raging headache. It's a shame too; great building in a safe location - looks are deceiving. This place is not well-managed and the staff do not seem like caring people. I feel like their intentions are fake...not a good vibe from anyone there.

I went in to buy a cookies brand product. Vet discount is no longer available. Harvest who owns this dispensary is partnered with the brand cookies as the Arizona Rep. Also Harvest offered the owner of cookies brand 800 Million dollars to purchase the cookies brand. That is public record. Its sick that the staff is blaming the price change and lost of discounting on the vendor when for all intents and purposes they are the vendor. Very poor and greedy decision. Ive lost my respect for Harvest.

Usually pretty good but front desk service has been lacking. I drove by a guy walking to dispensary. I was sitting inside for 5 mins before he came walking in. Somehow he went into the back before me. So did 2 other people that came in after me. There was no issue with cards. The girls explanation was "a lot of people came in" No excuse. Not rocket science. Put people in the order they arrive

there was crackheads smoking out of glass pipe out in the open in lot without any concern or care...staff was notifed and stated " its an issue around here" and laughed! Staff was clueless on thc percentage. One male staff looked ill, coughing and sounded congested, even other staff kept looking skeptical at their co worker....they are better deals elsewhere, i went as a first and only time pt.

This place is pure garbage they have always had a shitty selection of obscure strains that I had never heard of before and not very Stoney.But it was priced right for the quality so I was cool with it. Until they went corporate and raised all there prices by A substantial difference they want $100 more an ounce for the same sub par flower so take my advice don’t waste your money here you’ll be very disappointed I hope they go out of business or get raided by the feds that’s how much I hate this place now.P.S at the end of this review they made me give them a one ⭐️ that they don’t even deserve they suck.

The Good: Went in Christmas day. Sale went very fast quick and easy. Hadnt been there in years so they hooked it up with a ftp bogo and a few other goodies. The Bad: receptionist wasnt exactly friendly, bud tender was polite but clearly annoyed with his job amd being there Christmas day, I get it guys no one wants to work on Christmas. Flower was probably some of the worst I have ever gotten. Faith and Bananna Funk. How does that garbage even make it to the shelf. overall not happy with quality in the slightest and glad I only came in because it was pretty much only disp0 opened on Christmas. Which says something in itself. Will never be back and if ya go just avoid RollOne. Nasty"meds" right there

Cool, another dispensary that has completely screwed over medical patients. I used to shop here but now it’s just another low-life company that wants to take advantage of and capitalize a natural plant medicine. The result is low quality, obscenely expensive meds. Bummer. Let’s not let this strategy work in Arizona.

So They had some sort of issue with me being a first time patient because I was in their system but never purchased anything there before even when it was the old place because I didn’t have anything on my allotment but they still made me fill out the paperwork before they told me that I did not anything left on my allotment I think I had .2 of a gram their first time patient deal says by 1 g of concentrate get one free that’s not true they did not honor that deal I bought a $70 gram of concentrate and they gave me a gram of flour which I did not want and a brownie go to the leafy webpage it says by 1 g of concentrate get one free they did not do that at all I also had to opt out of their emails because they spam you every day this place is a joke go to harvest or urban greenhouse in Phoenix you’ll get a fair deal and they stick with what they say

I called in my order. I came to get it when they called to tell me it was easy for pickup. on arrival I was made to wait outside in the direct sun in 105 degree sun for 45 minutes with a mask on. if you have any kind of medical condition, DO NOT SHOP HERE. It could literally kill you. over an hour to get my product that was ready and now I feel like I need a hospital.

This place has gone to crap ever since it was purchased by Harvest! The staff isn’t even aware of their own specials, they tried ripping me off on my medicine. Steer clear of this place, I will not go back. They probably operate under “Arizona Natural Selections” because If people knew it was Harvest they’d never go!!

Nice location, friendly people. Good quality, but the prices are sky high. I've been here twice, but I don't really see an incentive to return. If you want quality, there are better options at this price. If you want value, there is comparable weed at nearly 1/2 this price.

So I drove out from Florence last night (7/19) to take advantage of their grand opening specials. I wanted to get their dispensary brand cartridges, and also to p/u a battery for them. So I bought the 3 .800ml carts for $60, plus a $15 battery. This was my FIRST TIME purchasing cartridges. They had none of the cartridges that were on sale on display. When I selected what I wanted from the list, the budtender retrieved the cartridges from a cabinet against the wall. The cartridges were wrapped in black labeling, so you could not see the actual concentrate through the packaging. There is a very thin window on separate sides of the cartridges, but all three packages only had the solid black labeling exposed, so you couldn't see the oil. I asked about why I couldn't see it, and the budtender said it's there, I just couldn't see it due to how the carts were positioned. I didn't think much of it, until after using the product. Nonetheless, thinking back on how these cartridges were purposely positioned to hide the oil color, was the first sign of this business' con artistry. The taste of the oil from all three cartridges was burnt. I'm not talking about harshness, which I understand that some lower quality oils may have after initial vaping. I'm talking about a burnt taste and aftertaste following the first vape. It was dark out when I was putting the vape carts together. So I didn't see the window until after trying the second cart, as I thought possibly the first cart was bad. But nope...same issue. Then I checked out the window to find that the oil is PITCH BLACK....not a dark brown, which would indicate a lower quality oil, but pitch black, as with oil that was tainted and no longer meant for human consumption (at least not ethically). I was later aware that this company bought out The Giving Tree after I made my purchase, and that The Giving Tree had a long time problem with providing quality cannabis products under their own brand. So it could be that these cartridges were repackaged for Arizona Natural Selections and sold at a sale price to push out the supply. These carts had the Arizona Natural Selections label on it, and not The Giving Tree, btw. Hence, when they choose to purchase the business and their remaining products, then they elected to take responsibility for the other business' products, even if inferior. And I believe they are well aware of how inferior those cartridges are from The Giving Tree, which is why they went out of their way to hide the oil coloring within their packaging, as anyone who saw this pitch black oil would have not followed through with their purchase. Also, to make sure it was the oil and not the battery, I vaped from a battery which wasn't purchased at ANS as well. So, it is the oil that is bad...very bad. So I will not be taking my business back to Arizona Natural Selections, based on the simple premise of business ethics and integrity. Since these oil carts are burnt, they should have trashed them, instead of embarrassing themselves by selling them. I would highly recommend avoiding any concentrate they sell under their name, even if they purchased the product from another company to sell under their own name. You can't trust their knowledge or craftsmanship with the creation of concentrates. Even worse, the employees there know full well how horrible these cartridges are, but have not an ounce of integrity or character themselves, that they would actually sell it to a woman who has a bonafide medical disability and only receives SSDI. I did try to call them the next morning several times, but their phones were always busy. I heard that we can't get reimbursed for inferior/tainted cannabis products anyway, but I still wanted to let them know how I felt about what they pulled. So I guess I'll just let everyone know.

this place is all about the money it is not about the patients anymore. They got rid of $25 8ths which somewhere really decent got rid of your $3 pre rolls trying to sell 8ths for $60 plus tax which you're going to end up spending $65 for an eighth you're out of your goddamn mind. and their selection is all about vendors and the money like I said no more deals no more good days for 25 bucks this place has lost a customer and I'm sure they don't give a crap either which is why I don't give a shit either I'm just going to go to places like health for life or mint. Flower is extremely dry and the thc content on 90% of the selection is horribly low for MEDICAL Cannabis. All about the money and they are gearing up for recreational sales as they are trying to color coordinate their packaging like people are idiots you guys need to stop thinking about yourself and about the patients and then your recreational customers.
