Harvest - Mesa (Med/Rec)

This place is hands down one of the most professional places out there. It may be a new shop but the meds are top notch Canadential was my first purchase and it was amazing. Service rocks calm easy nice place from the first moment you are greeted kindly at the front door and desk.

Kinda upset ... I ordered a 35$ 8th of lambs breath and I was expecting it to be quality tree .. and I get home and opened it and it looks like some Mexican dirt weed .also I ordered a pre roll of true og and it wasn’t even packed right .. it was all loose to where I had to re pack it . Just kinda upset with this visit because I was expecting better quality .

Brian the bud tender acted as if I was bothering him and seemed as if he didn’t feel like working to help people. Seemed very irritated with me and annoyed which is the first time I had a bud tender like this.

This place used to be my go to until today. You lost a long time customer. You did not have information correct on your website. You have things listed as indicas when they are sativas. Placing an online order and not showing your customers what they buy before paying and going all the way home is bad customer service. I called to tell them about mistake and I was told to come in for a refund and exchange. I get there and they just exchanged my product. NOTHING EXTRA FOR DRIVING BACK AND WASTING MORE TIME! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE HERE!!!

They charging $65 plus tax on 1/8ths that you get for $20. This place is straight up raping people

I placed a pick up order and received the text that it was ready. I drove over and ended up having to wait 25 minutes just to get in the door. Mind you. There was only 3 people inside at this time. People then pulled up and just walked inside and the receptionist put them in line, even though he told us to wait outside and he would get us when it was our turn. Another 15 minutes goes by, and nothing. I poke my head inside since 4 people have left at this point and the receptionist says come on in. Weird, since he should have grabbed us while we were outside. Any way, I get inside and and the receptionist had allowed 4 people to cut me. At this point I placed my order at 530, showed up to wait outside at 6 (I got the text stating my order was ready) and it was currently 650. The receptionist stated that there were a few more people in front of me, even though I had been in line. I left at 650 cause waiting over an hour and I decided to call the manager and complain. The manager was so unhelpful and just said, “well we are under staffed and doing the best we can.” Are you though? I was inside and I saw the manager sitting in the office not doing a damn thing. If your a manager and your understaffed, why wouldn’t you jump in and help? I buy bud here every day or every other day and spend around 150 bucks a week but since the management doesn’t give a crap about making the situation right. I will happily take my 600 a month to a dispensary that appreciates its customers and doesn’t just make excuses when their employee makes a mistake. #byefelicia

Friendly professional atmosphere with warm helpful people who knew what they were talking about and wanted to help me. The meds were great and I will definitely be back for more soon. I got a couple of the pre rolls and they smoked amazing and were incredibly stony. I felt amazing.

Fast, friendly and clean. They always help me with my million and ten questions. Very knowledgeable.

Very nice facility. Was greeted by awesome staff and a fellow Veteran. I pre ordered online. Very easy process. Purchased a quarter of Blue Dream. Very nice buds, crystally. Looking forward to returning as well. The staff were way cool and extremely friendly and informative. I was given a booklet to track my medication and dosage which I love and plan to use. They also offer massage at affordable prices. And then there north Phoenix facility offers yoga which is closer to me. I was on my way to see family and decided to stop off at the Mesa location and I’m glad I did. They communicated with me through text for my online order. I had never been there before so I signed up submitted my ID and my MJ card and placed my order all through the website I had put a note on my order of which a representative actually personally responded to me on via text. Was very please with the whole process.

great place to shop great staff in their environment got to work on a strains have to make it more THC instead of CBD not everybody is into the CBD you know if they're dying they need to go to the hospital

This company used to be one price for everything. Now they went to 3 tears like the average dispensary. Not a very good selection of CBD or other non MMJ products.

Flower is POOP . Mid at best , used my FTP deal here and both 8ths I received were horrible . On top of that , I waited an extra hour and a half after already waiting 45 minutes after a phone order . Wouldn’t recommend

The Huxton black vap is very nice. I love the battery with the warm up option! The buy one get one was just a bonus, it would offer been worth it without the freebie. .

by far the worst experience I've had in a dispo. super rude and unapproachable front desk employee and very unhelpful budtender. also online 1st time patient deal is bogo ANYTHING with no specifications but it's only up to an 1/8th of flower

I left a bad review and was asked to call and discuss this problem, I did. I was then told that they can sell me some hydration packs to bring the flower back to new condition. This is just crazy stupid! Why can't they just sell fresh flower instead of 5 month old dried out flower. STAY AWAY!!!

These shops are sell super thrash medicene. And the good stuff is crackhead prices. Yall got 21 strains that smoke but not worth buying 65 dollars. 99 percent pf yall flower is garbage. Who is yall grower. Stop short changong us. 14 percent cookies 14 terria grow most of yall weed suck
