There are some unclear restrictions on their first time patient deals, I'd have call ahead before i drove down there if I'd known.

Too many other options in the valley to go back here. During the lockdown and pre-order only, I called twice about products showing on the website and was told they were out of stock, for a while they were out, not that they ran out that day. Asked them to please update website, got a whatever response. Then on a Saturday get a text they had a sale, go to website to order, still only showing Thursday specials so drive all the way over just to be told they only have 2 options left, neither of which worked for me. Thought they might suggest another brand option but nope, not even a sorry we're out or have you tried but here's your card back. Like I said, too many other options in the valley that I won't even bother with them anymore. I only have experience with the Peoria location, can't speak to the service at the other locations but way better service at other dispensaries

I Really Dont Know What All The Hype Is About This Place.. The Flower Was Way Off. 1st And Last Time Here.. 👎👎

Walked in to the guy and Asked for a regular cart and spent so much $$ just to get home and realize i can’t use them. now i have to buy a special battery. He didn’t even tell me it wasn’t compatible with other batteries or asked if i had the right one when he offered me them! . I asked if they were just regular and he said yes! So pissed and definitely not going back. Wish I could even return the carts!

This is hands down the WORST dispensary in the Phoenix area. I'm seriously doubting how many of these reviews were written by *actual* paying customers and not their staff members because my experience was VASTLY different than everyone elses. Here's my play by play - obnoxious "stoner" music playing when you arrive in the lobby, which is strangely small considering the size of the rest of their facility. Check in with reception (the ONLY nice part of the entire experience) and wait for 20+ minutes while listening to one of the budtenders flap his gums incessantly while aforementioned stoner music drones on. Finally get called back and get the pleasure of listening to Gum Flap McGee tell me all of his opinions while smelling the worst smelling bud I've ever smelled in my life. Seriously. Stick your nose in there. If it doesn't smell like old shoes and dry hay, I'd be surprised. Gum Flaps tries to sell me some obvious garbage shwag while blatantly not listening to anything that I'm saying to him about what I need. I ended up leaving with "The White" (and a free trash weed pre-roll comprised of stems and "shake") and completely wasting my time and money. The meds were well overpriced, did NOT work and were not properly cured, and when I contacted AZNS to see about an exchange or refund, I was told by Tom to expect a call back from "Blythe" that never came. I don't know about you, but that screams to me "We've got your money, so you can go sit and spin now" TLDR - Pretty looks aren't everything. If you want to buy overpriced ineffective schwag from a "beautiful" warehouse, this is your place. If you want quality medication that actually works like it's supposed to, I'd suggest looking at literally any of the other dispensaries in the area.

1 - 5 star review 1 - 1 star review. Even if the rude bud tender wasn't helping me, I still wouldn't return because the good tip I give the good tender gets split with the bad tender. Good way of rewarding bad behavior and punishing the hard workers. 2 thumbs down.

Disappointed with my experience at this dispensary. Super friendly staff but I’m highly unsatisfied with my purchase. Spent a decent amount of money and now own a product that isn’t what I needed. Probably not going back anytime soon.

This used to be my favorite dispensary as a medical patient, but since opening for recreational use it has changed too much. From now on, I will only stop by as a last resort.

As a first time patient, I came in during the beginning of the whole covid-19 and they lacked a personal touch that I expected as my first time. The flower was great just no love on the customer service side.

I bought a pack of Medellin that was a 3.3 $60 wasted, 3 little nugs. I’m almost livid! Makes me not even wanna buy cookie products anymore. I really want a refund or replacement

These people are disrespectful I don’t care about how did your Wheaties if you’re going to sell it to be like a snob I called to ask a quick question and get left on the phone for an hour I just wanna know how long the line was this will be my third that altercation so I’m done with these people

the service I received was great!!! but the bud was much to be disappointed with, I spent about 60 for the eighth and it was space queen. when tried it there was really no awesome or different taste.... it was actually very flat tasting and didn't have much affect on me either. honestly if u think about going to this place its not worth it, its over priced a bs. I went there when they had the 10 free prerolls.. they were so gross its been a month an they are still in my cabinet. I was expremely disappointed. I also wasted 2 because they were rolled extremely tight so I had to break them all down an reroll them my friends that shop there to said the same thing, now if ur down on ur luck an need a nice special this does sound interesting but not worth your time, buds all smell the same unless ur get their top tier but weed isn't worth that much money...... my friends an I have tried hard to tell other patients about this place and to either stay away or take caution when purchasing. I will never come here an will always advise ppl to stay away......

Your new low prices are pathetic, more like industry standard pricing? Your flower is pre packaged and overrated. People need to start demanding more from their dispensaries. Not saying thos is an awful dispensary but there's definitely much better out there

I was very unsatisfied when coming to natural selection I bought their house blend cartridge and they stated tht it needed a 510 connection on a battery. However it didn't work for my battery even though it was a 510. When I returned to tell them. they told my there was nothing the could do and sent me on my way. I will NOT be returning to natural selection

My first time there was a fantastic experience. I have visited quite a few dispensaries around town, and the meds at this one easily stand up to them all and surpass most. The Review: When I first walked in, I was greeted by a friendly young lady at the counter who quickly took my info. As soon as that was taken care of I was led out of the waiting room, and met with an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly sales person. I sadly forgot his name, but I am sure that's common in this business. Anyway, he was from Ohio and really knew what he was talking about. So, I talked to him and picked his brain from everything about the products themselves to basic recommendations to a new MMJ patient. I was really hoping they were carrying some hash oils for a vape pen, but they assured me those are quickly coming, so I can't wait. I snagged up the buy 1/8th get 5 free pre-rolls deal. The LA Chocolate that I was advised to check out is top notch, easily top 3 favorite smokes since getting the card. The pre-rolls also were surprisingly good. I am used to pre-rolls being just trim and leftovers. The salesman claimed the particular pre-rolls I recieved had a mixture of Sour D (one of my favorite strains and basically sold me then) and Blue Dream (a strain I haven't had in years). I 100% believe their claims after a smoke or two. They also gave me a goodie bag which included an awesome cleaning tray, a card grinder and a pretty cool little nug box. Everything weighed out properly, the help was fantastic, and the entire experience set the bar high for all the other dispensaries in the PHX area. This will be my home for all my flower needs, and as soon as they get those concentrates in, they will likely get the entirety of my business as no other dispensary has come close to this place.

The guy who checked me out was so nice! I had a couple bowls of their rAre darkness strain and I was high for a good few hours! Their meds taste amazing and I love how professional it is! Will definitely come back

I received a quarter with mold which made 4 of our throats sore and cough all nite and horse throat for 2 days. They said they do not take returns or give refunds. The flower was their mac strain. This is truthful and can be verified. Their is also record with the State attorney general, Arizona Health Dept, and the FTC. Please feel free to verify. Shari Knass

BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT EVER purchase their house brand BHO Cartridge because they are $35 for a reason...💩...Just garbage, they taste terrible and don't try to use them on your own battery because it will just randomly stop working half way thru. The ONLY good thing that came out of my FTP was the measly free gram of flower, I chose GSC and it was 🔥. I specifically called the dispensary and asked if it was a flower cartridge or hash oil and he said flower...lol...the name starts with BHO and he still said that...ROFL...obviously their own employees don't even know their own product. Run far away from this place👎👎👎👎💩💩💩💩🔥
