This place has great customer service. They make you feel at home. They answered all my questions I had. Had a great selection of meds! I will be seeing them way more often.

One of the best places i have gone for meds. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I never wait more then 5 min. Ill be back.

On my first visit I was amazed to see how nice the establishment looked and how friendly the staff were. I was helped by Jaunito and he was extremely nice and accomodating. He made my first experience a pleasant one and definitely motivated me to continue my business with Az Natural Selections.

This place really is amazing. It's extremely nicer than most places that I've been to recently. Honestly it feels more mainstream than most places, its like walking into a CVS for medical cannabis. The first patient visit deal is incredible and the purple urkel i got was nice. The meds seem to dry for my taste at least but they still get the job done. Overall this place is top notch and you should check it out sometime.

I have now been here 3 times over the last month. The first time i went in i was greeted with nothing but smiles. Everyone was VERY friendly. My tender was exceedingly knowledgeable, and gave his best suggestions considering my conditions and what i was hoping to find. Since then, i have brought my wife in as well. We both really like going here and we now go here almost exclusively for our medication (we will go elsewhere if we are further away). I would absolutely recommend it to friends and fellow patients.

my first time here. wasnt aware of them being merged with a previous location i went to but never shopped at. the girl at the window was very unprofessional when trying to tell me that i wasnt a first time person and i was already in the system. she didnt try to resolve the situation she didnt make a attempt to help the situation. she should not be in customer service. the manager did her job and found i never shopped there. she needa to train her employee better when handling situations shes not familiar with and this will be the last time my money will come here.

customer service could have been more friendlier agreed. The vibe in this place is not welcomely or friendly came here not my usual place got a good deal buy one get one on big bros and picked up some flour that is delicious very superb I was surprised to see when she packed me up it's all labeled harvest didn't know they switched

Location is great, but disappointed in some of the strains sold ESPECIALLY pineapple express which is the equivalent of Mexican ditch weed.

Lived close by, moved to Avondale but continue to come to natural selection, because the employees and environment are great

I was visiting family and found this place on leafly. Knowledgable staff great sativas and great welcome package for first time visitors. Will definitely be visiting again.

It was my first time visiting and they told me I would have three Bogo visits. The manager approved I could use my Bogo visit on my next time in since I had already purchased an online order with a Bogo deal. I came back to use my Bogo and the manager. Sarah would not honor it even though the last manager put in notes and read them back to me that I would be able to use my Bogo on my next visit, there was no willingness to work with or accommodate the previous information that was given. I just fell a very bad vibe and I won’t be returning.

I won't be going back, unfortunately. Inconsistent service and uncomfortable interactions with employees on more than one occasion. Very unprofessional customer service and expensive products. Crossing them off my list, despite the convenient location.

First time here, pickedup some shatter,its awesome. Marissa & alyssa helped me out and were kick ass.Will definitely be back,totally worth the drive.

I bought a half gram of hells fire shatter on 1-11-2018 . They sold me a half gram that packaged 11-27-2017 . It tasted terribly horrible . I don’t normally throw away things like concentrates/weed but this case was different . I don’t know what stale cardboard taste like but after taking a low temp dab of the hells fire I could probably have a good idea of what it does taste like. A couple hours after that dab I started to feel very nauseous. I felt like as if I had food poisoning but I surely know it was from that dab. It gave me a headache even after I drank a couple of cups of water. In conclusion, I shall only be going to natural selections only when they killer deals .

As I first time patient I quite enjoyed this spot as a whole. Great budtender like Kyle helped me learn the aspects of the industry. Also great knowledge of his product would definitely go back especially if your looking for some treats.

Well as my first visit I really enjoyed the workers and surroundings very welcoming environment but I did have troubles with the service I asked my bud tender for a certain product and he gave me the wrong one claiming for it to be the right one and I only found out until after purchase that it was the wrong one

NOT Recommended! This place used to be pretty good. Since being taken over by a big company it’s gone downhill fast. Not competitive with even the other corporate stores in the area. Find a local owned or small company store.

I was a first time patient and will definitely be coming back. I tried the platinum purple kush and double dream. They were both great strains, my only compliant is the bud could have burnt to a whiter ash. Puck was my tender and was very knowledgeable asked me what i liked and got me what i wanted! Also id like to see more of your concentrates in a sample container. See you next time!!

this place has stolen me as a customer! convenient location, great hours, staff is amazing and helpful. flowers are fresh and sticky, love the vac bags. daily deals are amazing, definitely sign up for text alerts.

$45 1/8th of popcorn buds as their anniversary special says everything you need to know about this place - they think they are in early 2000's California where $180 for an oz of popcorn bud would be a deal. However as we all know, you passed 3 places selling the same popcorn buds at $18 for an 1/8th on your way to this place- stay clear unless you have money to blow.
