Harvest - Scottsdale - Natural Selections

asked about the pre-rolls , i was told they are good quality. turns out these are filled with flower thats been ground way too fine and packed so tight that it is hard to draw from the joint and eventually ends up running on one side. what a waste of money and cannabis.

Well, having been in a large variety cannabis dispensaries in multiple states I have to say from the start, the aesthetics of the location immediately made me think POT3.0. It was clean, modern, hip, they definitely put time and the effort in creating a location that is inviting and fits the high level of design regarding the storefronts in it's area. Couple of small things. 1.) Thanks for the cupcakes 2.) The dispensary was stocking a lot of product in showcases that were browning, you'd want to change out those samples every couple days. 3.) The actual product when bought was of good quality flower, I did notice that unlike many other dispensaries, they place the actual harvest date on the label (The day it was cut down) other dispensaries are printing the harvest date on the day it is packaged. PLUS SIGN here, the harvest date let me know that the flower had been given appropriate time to finish and cure correctly. 4.) Manager was helpful in the process, noted that all strains are grown at their own cultivation facility. 5.) Great freebies and obviously a lot of expense on marketing, branding, aesthetics and a comfortable environment. 6.) Though stated at entry that they had testing on all product, the bud-tender was unable to produce testing results. Though there product label does state no pesticides, herbicides or fungicides, I'll have to take their word for it.

Yesterday, I drove my grandma across town to this dispensary for a order she did online. It was an hour before she came out of the dispensary, which I thought was kinda odd. Being that she made an online order, to speed the process up. Once I was aware of what happened inside the store and how my grandmother was treated I wasn’t to happy. I’ve been inside of this dispensary before, waited in the lobby and I got to see how they quick it is for a pre-order. I called back to see who the rude asshole was, that “didn’t help” my grandma and wasted all our time! Which led to her rescheduling her doctors appointment. I was told his name was Isaiah, hopefully it’s not a fake name. If a manager or owner see this message, I hope something can be done about these unprofessional da’s!

I've been going to this location for years and was my go to dispensary, but ever since Harvest purchased AZNS the vibe and the products/prices have gone to Shit!! They rarely run ANY specials and when they do it's some trash like buy 3 get 1 free.... I mean REALLY....... I'll be shopping with HEALTH FOR LIFE from now on!!!

Very slow, long lines. Service is not the best. The tenders are slow and scattered.

My first visit to this dispensary and I can honestly say "this is the place every new card holder should go." Amy answered every question I had in easy to understand language. I was treated respectfully and felt very welcomed. I will drive the extra miles to do repeat business here. Thank you.

terrible quality concentrates

The location is great. The business is not. Natural selections is home of the most overpriced flower in Scottsdale. They recently have decided to change their flower tiers which made the flower I get here go up a lot in price. Also the reward points you gain by spending money are only redeemable on their house products. Another thing to add to their rewards system is that it can only be redeemed in weird dollar amounts. Very disappointed by the recent changes to the prices and the lack of information provided over the phone. I do not recommend coming here unless you like spending unnecessary money on the same quality you can get almost at any other dispensary in the state.

the budtenders are very unhelpful and rush me and others I've seen. I called to find out if they had a product minutes before arriving. they said they had a bunch and when I got there they were out. their only product ,what I was looking for, was way different than what I asked for. the employees were not even willing to compromise and give me something closer to what I asked for. very rude employees. would not recommend

I have been coming to this dispensary for years I hope this one will not get bought out like other ones in the valley. Everyone is very inviting and genuine.

This is one of the brightest, cleanest, and most professional dispensaries I've been to in Arizona so far. When I was in Vegas last month I was very impressed with the dispensary I stopped at and how it actually felt like a medical dispensary. AZ Natural Selections is right up there. They have their own cultivation center and send their product for testing for pesticides, mold, and THC/CBD levels. Everything is clearly labeled and color coded (even though they use yellow for sativa, which confused me haha). The staff were very friendly and helpful. My PA Alex was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. It wasn't crowded, either, which is always nice the first time at a new dispensary so you don't feel rushed and can get to know the setup. The quality is top notch. I bought flower, shatter, and crumble. Prices are fairly average. You can definitely find cheaper places, but you aren't going to be paying $60 an eighth here either. I'd rather pay a few dollars extra for the quality. They also run some decent specials, too. I will definitely be back

I love ANS. It’s the only dispensary I go to anymore. Unfortunately they are adopting a multi tier pricing structure like Curaleaf and others. The confusion of different strains at different prices has caused me to stop going to some other dispensaries. We’ll see what it looks like, but I’m not optimistic.

Deleted my comment so back to repost it. Medical patient who is being put behind rec heads. I’ve backed you and lined your pockets. The least you could do is put your medical patients first. Also the express line for Leafly pickups was a shame. They were too stoned and forgot I was in line while hustling the rec heads line. Ashamed of your business model and ethics. Also get some people who have knowledge and aren’t stoned. There’s a reason I don’t come here and it’s next to my house and work. Happily drive the extra 20 minutes to be treated fairly with respect and served timely with deals.
