Their concentrates are great and the service is wonderful, but you wait for a long time from 15 minutes to an hour, especially on Sundays, than when you do a Express order you still wait for about 15 mins 30 mins, because of the window up front, everybody in the waiting knows your business, and some people are not patients, I've seen a girl get snickered and scoffed at for her order, that not cool. Also taxes should be added in price or post it so people don't get surprised with a higher price, other than that staff is great you need more, products and flower are good quality. You really should move Express window

Best prices in AZ, on quality shatter u cant beat 20 bucks a gram. go across town and forget it, other places are charging double the price. This IS the spot !!!!!!

I went for in my first time 1-25-18, I loved it here some one best service I have had in a dispo! They where way busy but still took their time with me. They quality of all their products where top notch 🔥🔥🔥 ended up leaving with 8 grams of different concentrates! Defiantly my new go to and their own strain papa’s og is incredible!

I used to think AZ ORGANIX was the best for concentrates. I recently picked up their "new" shatter and it completly let me down. First off its not shatter. My gf called it tane soup. It took me ten minutes of freezing then refreezing to get 85% off the wax paper. Also the guy selling it to me said it would be smooth. Its by far the least smooth wax thats comeout that place. I wont be buying my concentrate here anymore.

I live about 40 minutes away, but worth the drive! especially the shatter, great price and great customer service.

I came here for the first use of my card ever. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I liked all the accommodations. The products are top of the line. I would recommend the Peanut Butter Filled Pretzel Nuggets for people who like edibles. Will be going back, most likely sooner than later.

The grape la crumble had an amazing taste and was easy to hit. the concentrates are cheap but great quality and consistent. this is my go to spot for concentrates and they always have a great selection of strains

I came into the dispensary on 6/28 and purchased the Go to live resin disposable pens. I used one and it was fine, I started using the second pen 2 days ago. Today the pen started blinking red. I called the dispensary and a girl said we can credit you if you bring it in with the receipt. I explained to her that I no longer have the receipt as this is the second pen that I am using. I asked for a manager because she couldn't explain anything else to me, only that is what her manager said. After 14 minutes of waiting, Danny the manager got on the phone and said there is nothing he can do, even though his budtenders are telling people that they are doing the bogo until they sell out because they have a lot of issues with these pens. I am so over companies and their lack of customer service! I will no longer go to this location and will also tell others how they do business.

after several visits educating the staff on non properly cured flowers, the last visit I open the package to make shure I was getting ameds even close to being right, they were but one male tech insisted on taking my meds into a room where I could not witness the repackage when I opened the package, it was NOT the deconstructed flower I checked, it was non properly cured meds, the tech switched the meds and Is lucky this disabled vet didn't come back and show this unscrupulous employee my military ptsd rating to the female staff of az oganixs, this is bill manstis telling you the truth and everyone in town, this "klown" ruined a good patient and free advertisement of a happy client who now tells everyone exactly what I dealt with at az organix for over a month trying to help solve to problem to only be grossly insulted by your male employee with short hair, (f.u. dude) the long hairied guy tried to give me my meds with a smile and you insisted on "f'ing with me" taking my meds and switching them to wet crap

Everything looks so clean , they have so many different medications. I hope the get more different flowers. Customer service is top.
