I’ve been going here for the past few years and it was one of my favorite places but you guys are always changing wax prices, and getting rid of deals, never stay consistent with prices like cmon

Very unwelcoming. My first time there the most of the employees seemed bothered that I was asking where to go. I would definitely recommend trying to find some place elsewhere that has a more laid back and welcoming atmosphere!

You can’t beat the pricing on concentrates. The service is great. The people are chill and most of them are pretty knowledgeable.

let me Start off by saying I really like Arizona organixs, because of there great pricing and I ussualy feel like what I buy is well worth it but when I got home yesterday and opened my gram of shatter it looked awfully light so I threw it on the scale and sure enough, shorted a whole point, came out to .91 of a gram. I enjoy the shop and the people that work there but this is very upsetting and if I have to pay more else where to make sure I'm getting full grams I will. Nothing sucks more then getting ripped off on your medicine just so a shop can save some money.

The in house brand AZO flower all of them taste like straight water they’re nasty and don’t do anything as far as getting you where you want to be

After 3 years of loyalty to this dispensary, I stopped going here for a couple of reasons. At one point, my order was filled incorrectly so i returned to the dispensary to have my order corrected. unfortunately they only had 5/8ths of the ounce i paid for. Instead of giving me a refund for the difference, they "owed" me 3/8ths of flower for about 2 1/2 months til my go-to strain arrived. Have you ever heard of a dispensary owing someone marijuana?!? the last time two times there, they sold us moldy flower, two different strains. i called twice about their moldy weed & never received a call back from management therefore, they no longer receive my business!

I think that the pricing is great. The quality of the shatter is outstanding. Great price great taste great smell. The only negative thing I have to say about this establishment is that it takes way to long to goto the back and get your medicine. Also the new policy about the calling in im not a fan of and the sign that’s posted in the lobby about calling while you’re waiting is a lie.

The golden goat crumble was all that. The budder is great to. I enjoyed Orange sherbet shatter, had a nice feel.

great place i finally got the chance to try there papas og.Str8t fire i was impressed tricomes were off the chain bud was nice and sticky and the flavors were yummy i come here often mostly for there bomb concentrates.you guys are one of the best in Az and stay true to your product.there none of that name brand b.s just your guys and its bomb ppl got to try papas og best Az stain by far

I haven’t been here in a while I thought I was stop in since I’m near by and I bought a 7 pack of joints and there was only 6 in the pack . Not the first time messing up.

I came Tuesday to buy med. grab the carts before i take of i check to see there good. the product was not a half gram was under. I go to the door to confronted but got turned down and told to leave by tim. Tim saw me just barely leave the dam dispensary but was rude and didn't care. there constant way of miss treatment is uncalled for specially when i go there alot. but not anymore all they care for is the money and not patients. they will tell u bunch of bull so u can leave .when they have specials check your product!!! ive been coming here for yrs and its the same crap. save ur hard earned money don't come here anywhere but here. uncivilized place worked and not caring for patients needs.

my husband and I have been coming here for a couple of years and this place has gone down hill so much. the old managers and staff were way better. there are so many rude employees there now, and complaining has become so pointless! A manager was supposed to return my call and that still hasnt happened either. Cant order on leafy because the employees don't pay attention to if you order PNS or regular shatter, instead they give you what ever they want. same with the text ordering. I put in the text I DID NOT want PNS but apparently no one there can pay attention to detail and they gave it to me anyways. we are about to find a new dispensary to make our regular spot.

honestly went here a few times and will never be returning. Customer service skills are horrible, very little product knowledge. Also their quality of their regular concentrates is absolutely horrible, if you want something cheap and don’t care about the quality whatsoever this is the place for you.

I honestly don't know what happened to AZO. They used to have bomb ass shatter. Didn't even mind paying 25 a gram. But not now. Even though it is 15 a gram it is crap. It left my banger with a nasty residue even on the lowest of temps it did not smoke well. the taste was off. You should never sacrifice quality for a lower price.

this location is ok why does no one talk about the flower in there reviews my budtender seemed like he didnt want to be bothered at first and you couldn't look at what you were paying for I spent 200 and I'm supposed to be happy with mystery medical lmao it's ok flower I would have just liked to see what the strains look like

Ok so normally I love az organics they have great concentrates for the price! But I’m writing this review cuz I tried to call and talk about my complaint but no one answered any of my 4 attempts to call. I am extremely upset about the fact that the lady working express tonight had 0 knowledge of the product! I’ve never had a problem with express when a bud tender is doing but when I ask for the LIGHTEST crumble an I get home to see the darkest I’ve seen when I know there is lighter product is extremely aggravating an a waste of my money! Please train your express people to know the product they are selling to patients that need the actual medicine they ask for!

This is my go to place for the tubed half, haven't had them in awhile though. I'll keep checking.

First time in - very nice people, clean location, knowledgeable budtender & great prices. Also they have a great variety of shatter with highly sought after strains, as well as those off the beaten path. I have to note, I am used to a couple other places being a little, um, skeevy when it comes to pricing & advice, so I came in a bit on the defensive. Long story short, I was completely wrong about something, but their staff & manager were still so kind to me tho I was in error. The manager explained what I needed to know & was very cool & helpful when I called. Great experience - will be back for sure!

The main boss at warehouse thinks she's something special and can tell you what to do on your own time. She's young, immature and knows nothing about MGMT of people or how to talk to ppl but she will tell you exactly what you want to hear to hire you, I'm not sure she even knows what retention is! Don't go there for work, nightmare. worst experience ever. not staying in cannabis because of it.
