I'd give this place 0 stars. First of all, I've been to many other dispensaries and their quality is isn't worth writing home about, not a bit. They have one brand of vapes that's decent and it's the only brand ever on sale. Go figure. Also, just want to state for the record that the bud isn't worth buying, the pre-rolls all taste the same and are beyond disgusting as well. Just being honest about their products first. Like I've said, I've been to many other dispensaries and I have to say, there is absolutely no reward system here. It's ridiculous! It's so over priced for the quality and then sales taxed and cannabis taxed. Crazy. They can definitely afford to give back to loyal customers with a reward system. I understand there are "COVID" precautions, etc. BUT this place is SO beyond controlling from the moment that you drive up into just ONE of THREE parking lots being utilized. BUT you don't know which parking lot you're allowed to pull into until you get there. Why isn't this information in the email receipt that you're asked to show when you pull up? That would be helpful, first of all. THEN, you're instructed to go and park, whether in that parking lot of having to drive to another. Now, the parking lots are occupied by at least 10-15 dispensary workers. WHY!? Why does it take 2-6 people standing in a parking space to direct me to drive into it? That's frustrating in itself... it makes me feel incompetent. Really unnecessary. Then, you're asked to show your email confirmation code. I cannot tell you how many times these people have such a negative attitude when asking for this info. Not only that, but just tonight, I was asked by THREE other people to show the exact same info. Unnecessary. I can't understand why it's ok for these dispensary workers to talk to clients however they want. I see a bunch of kids that just stand around and take serious pride in bossing people around. It's absurd. This place is beyond stressful. If you suffer from anxiety, please be very aware that this place is probably only going to make it worse. I sincerely would send someone for you or just try a different place, even if it's a drive to get there. I will never come back to this place again. They don't deserve my business. I won't allow myself to be treated like that ever again. I've warned you. ;)

This is my favorite dispensary. We just moved from Chicago and by far Hci in collinsville has the best inventory and the bud tenders are easy to talk to and knowledgeable! Definitely worth visiting , if you haven’t yet. I’m fairly new to cannabis and they have really helped me understand the best strains for my needs! I am a medical patient.

This place was ok when they first started out. But they’re ridiculous these days. The last 3 times I’ve been I’ve ordered online because you have to. When I get there they tell me they don’t have what I ordered and they just tell you what they’re willing to replace it with. They don’t give you any options. They tell you what you’re going to buy. I’ve never encountered a business that works this way. The flower also has seeds in it more times than not. This place is garbage.

If walking a mile in scorching heat for marijuana is for you by all means go ahead & enjoy. I would never visit this location ever again. It is dysfunctional, chaotic, and unorganized. I have never experienced anything like this in california and d.c. but maybe it’s because they are the pioneers of “recreational use”. Learn something from this.

Organized, efficient. Only complaint is that i could not add to my order once i proceeded to check out window. Associate told me i should have planned better and could have changed my order while waiting but once at window no updates to order! Another stupid response and rule that prevents customer service not enhance it! And impacts their profitability i am sure. Plus i stood and watched another customer do it! Selective privilege BS!
