No where close to properly managing the droves of people. Only 2 cashiers working this morning.Premium prices with very little variety to choose from, especially when you're serving an area of approximately 2.5 million people. After visiting many different dispensaries in Nevada,this is a major disappointment.

Can't say enough about HCI they actually care about my well being. They always welcome u by name and will spend the time to make sure you get the proper meds.

Went the first day, purchased the strawberry 17, the thc is 35%, some of the best I've had, went back 2 days later, bought same stuff, when the cashier laid it on the counter, I said that's a different package, he said yes, but same stuff, I didn't look at package till I got home, then I saw thc is 19.9 %, looked at my recipe, still was charged the 35% tax,
Even the menu said between 25% - 35%, if they want to be known as a reputable business, they need to change some practices, Be upfront, be honest. Adjust your tax rate to the package your are selling.

I really, really wanted to like this place. I had a great relationship with the wonderful Metropolitan Wellness Center in DC. All of the dispensaries in Illinois have sky high prices, thats a given. Think about 5 times the total cost vs., say, Washington State or Colorado. Still, people in the Midwest are desperate for legal weed and there is very, very little competition except the black market. That said, the black market is better than these places in Illinois. The ordering process is bizarrely complicated. They are OFTEN out of products. There is no way to return defective products. If everything works perfectly the process takes at least two hours, usually 3 or 4. Then after you jump through all of the hoops -- and they actually have what you want -- you still feel ripped off.

Received my MMC about two weeks ago, I have been in about four times and the staff is great. I have worked with a few different individuals and everyone seems very knowledgeable and very helpful! Not just helpful but wanting to help!!! They are a big help in figuring out what is going to work for my pain from Trigeminal Neuralgia and fatigue from MS.

I dont like the shuttle drivers or security staff or parking lot workers. Ignorant and rude. fairly well run. too expensive.

Way too over priced and the workers are not very personable no one could ever remember me even though I went once a week. At TGS the staff members know their patients and take good care of them. This place is crazy and is just worried about getting you in and out.

Been to dispensary’s all over. Never been the 2nd day of Rec. They did everything in there power to make everything go quickly as possible im impressed. Wasn’t impressed with the flower per say more less the tax but it’s not the dispensary fault. I’m sure it’ll get better but the process was well thought out. My cashier was Kyle and he was very professional and friendly, despite the line he took the time to ask and answer any questions is had, thank you HCI when I’m in town next I’ll be back

This review is only for a couple visits. Normally this place isn't that bad. prices are a little high but they keep good stuff in stock but is 12/14/19 was any look at what its going to be like come January stay far away. I have been there 3 times during a big rush of people and they have no organization to get people through in a timely fashion. after being closed for 3 days they should have known it was going to be a busy day and prepared for it but that was a big fail. they had plenty of staff there but when most of the time it was 2-4 people standing around looking at a list trying to figure out who is next you know they are not prepared. most people took a number and were told they would get a text 20-30 min before there spot in line was up but that was a cluster to. I got my text 5 min after they called my name so if I would have gone home they would have been closed by the time I got there. my advise is after January 1st if u see a lot of cars in the lot go to a different place or risk waiting for 3 hours as hundreds of us did today.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They answer any questions you may have and are willing to research anything they maybe insure of. They make you feel really welcomed there.

Lousy operation! In this day and age, who wants to place online orders outside in public setting with no social distancing or masks worn. And then you need to take a shuttle bus or WALK. Would you want to ride in a SHUTTLE WITHOUT BASIC SOCIAL DISTANCING. Overcrowded and no respect/options for a medical patient from out of state. Some of us can’t walk due to pain. You would think the website for their operation would be updated.

Thank goodness for January 1st!!! I visited this location not knowing what to look at and definitely not knowing what to purchase. Tomi helped me tremendously!! Her product knowledge is AMAZING!! She took the time to explain everything I needed to know before purchasing. She is truly an asset and I look forward to her assistance during my next visit.
