Everyone so nice! BUT only 5 cash registers running on 1/15/20 while on day #1 of rec sales- they had 9 registers going! One choice of flower, and it is not any good at 60$ an eighth! Security guard yelled at folks walking on the grass as we exited the store....but the alternative was to walk on the road w fast moving cars...sidewalk was filled w people in line!

The staff is always helpful and answers all of my questions.

Had my first experience yesterday with one of the managers, Kyle. He was super nice, professional and helpful answered all my questions and made me feel like I was more than a transaction action. The staff is well trained I will defiantly be back! Go see them

I love HCI they have the widest variety I've seen all over especially on 1/2 oz. and 1 oz . they give a discount for the green bag every visit and if you do an Express order they give an additional discount. thumbs up. High ly recomend!!

I'm in my second year here and am so grateful to all the staff. I'm older and have been able to get rid of ALL prescription pain pills no matter what they were for. I'm still experimenting with strains(think I've found my top 3) and enjoy the journey. It took me awhile to feel comfortable buying "pot" but I'm really ok with it now ;-}

First time at this location. Was very overwhelmed at first but Tomi helped me through my selection and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I learned so much! Thank you Tomi! I will be back.

As a medical patient I've been coming to this facility for 2years and I honestly can say it's always a great experience. Staff is super friendly and educated and quick. I personally love having Tomi wait on me, she is courteous and knows her stuff. Definitely will continue coming here and I'll recommend people for recreational purchasing.

I think the location is ok.... the prices are pretty high for cannabis. I'm a medical patient from another state, I'd get better quality cannabis for a much more reasonable price. When they have a "sale" I laugh. They don't come close to a "sale" when they sells grams of concentrates for $50-$60 a gram with no price break.... So far in my experience, this dispensaries out to make more money than it is to help patients.

I love this place people are friendly helpful overall great atmosphere. Sometimes customers are impatient and give the staff a hard time when in reality sometimes it just takes time. No their system is not perfect but in time things will get better. But the quality Of flower is poor I’ve been disappointed so many times I’m scared to try anything new. Concentrates are usually on point. But then it comes again to their prices yes they are making a killing we all know this but hopefully within this next year our medical prices will drop low Since we were here from the beginning! For rec...Place feels more like cattle going to slaughter. Keep you pinned up in a tent only letting you in a handful at a time. Don't let you see anything prior to ordering. Prices are ridiculously high. The staff seem cool and helpful. Only good thing about the place.

I hated everything about this place. Wait 2 or 3 hours for no selection this place sucks prices are very high quality and service are very low would not recommend anyone going here ever and you're sort of dumb if you do

Went to lot was told I could walk to there a quarter mile id say saw someone I knew got ride to front was told I would have to walk back cause he saw me get out of car then walk back again wtf iam not in kindergarten was told it was OK guy was a big douch dont go better places around treat you like cattle and no respect had to walk away before i got to mad for there sake

After living in California and Colorado, this is exactly what I'm looking for. Yes, new rec states have learning curves, of course there will be lines (Ever wait for some Travis Scott or Yeezy's to drop at a location? Or an Apple product?) Did you ever wait on black friday to get a rare deal? Experienced travelers and business minded people understand this. So if you are an Illinois resident, apply for your Med Card. Remember that as it grows, more shops open, more variety appears, prices level out, it becomes normal and the hype does down. The owner and managers did a pretty great job of talking to everyone and answering questions in the 30 degree morning, that is a solid move guys! $400 on my 1st visit and happy as can be. We will definitely be back.

Always fast, always friendly. Great products. Due to COVID the procedures are a little annoying but understandable and I appreciate the effort to stop the spread of COVID! I can’t wait to see this dispensary when it’s in full swing once Illinois can move into Phase 5. Keep being awesome!

Flower has dark seeds and sold as premium at premium prices.! No place to complain and it's the products from Ascend Wellness Holdings the grower and owner of Illinois supply. Won't respond to numerous letters asking them to explain how can the even sell weed with seeds.

I went for opening day of adult use. My budtender was zach with the beard. he was very professional. They also had quality products.

Great location, right off of the interstate. Great advisors and very friendly and welcoming. I just wish they’d carry the same stuff I usually get. Seems they never have the stuff I’ve previously tried when I go get resupplied.

I was very nervous my first visit to any dispensary. The stigma of cannabis therapy.The staff made me feel comfortable & relaxed w/ my choice. It's OK to choose medical marijuanna, thanks!
