Had my first experience yesterday with one of the managers, Kyle. He was super nice, professional and helpful answered all my questions and made me feel like I was more than a transaction action. The staff is well trained I will defiantly be back! Go see them

I hated everything about this place. Wait 2 or 3 hours for no selection this place sucks prices are very high quality and service are very low would not recommend anyone going here ever and you're sort of dumb if you do

Waited 5 hours in the cold and it was worth it. Absolute amazing first day and legal purchase. I will definitely be returning, and Shout out to my guy Zach with the beard you legend.

Everyone so nice! BUT only 5 cash registers running on 1/15/20 while on day #1 of rec sales- they had 9 registers going! One choice of flower, and it is not any good at 60$ an eighth! Security guard yelled at folks walking on the grass as we exited the store....but the alternative was to walk on the road w fast moving cars...sidewalk was filled w people in line!

I think the location is ok.... the prices are pretty high for cannabis. I'm a medical patient from another state, I'd get better quality cannabis for a much more reasonable price. When they have a "sale" I laugh. They don't come close to a "sale" when they sells grams of concentrates for $50-$60 a gram with no price break.... So far in my experience, this dispensaries out to make more money than it is to help patients.

I love HCI they have the widest variety I've seen all over especially on 1/2 oz. and 1 oz . they give a discount for the green bag every visit and if you do an Express order they give an additional discount. thumbs up. High ly recomend!!

I'm in my second year here and am so grateful to all the staff. I'm older and have been able to get rid of ALL prescription pain pills no matter what they were for. I'm still experimenting with strains(think I've found my top 3) and enjoy the journey. It took me awhile to feel comfortable buying "pot" but I'm really ok with it now ;-}

As a medical patient I've been coming to this facility for 2years and I honestly can say it's always a great experience. Staff is super friendly and educated and quick. I personally love having Tomi wait on me, she is courteous and knows her stuff. Definitely will continue coming here and I'll recommend people for recreational purchasing.

For rec...Place feels more like cattle going to slaughter. Keep you pinned up in a tent only letting you in a handful at a time. Don't let you see anything prior to ordering. Prices are ridiculously high. The staff seem cool and helpful. Only good thing about the place.

I was very nervous my first visit to any dispensary. The stigma of cannabis therapy.The staff made me feel comfortable & relaxed w/ my choice. It's OK to choose medical marijuanna, thanks!

I too was a first time cannabis buyer and the experience was excellent and worry free thanks to the wonderful staff. They were compassionate about my medical condition teaching me what strains would work best for me.

Great location, right off of the interstate. Great advisors and very friendly and welcoming. I just wish they’d carry the same stuff I usually get. Seems they never have the stuff I’ve previously tried when I go get resupplied.

Great place. Line was long but it was only the third day since rec came to Illinois. Staff was great, Zach with a beard helped me out with getting my stuff, there was a hiccup with the machine but hey it's still new and my chillum was free because of it. So I definitely recommend checking them out and I will be returning often.

Always love the atmosphere and service within this whole place and always love how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is. Tomi always knows what's she's talking about and is super nice. I tell all my people about HCI collinsville and they need to check it out and ask for Tomi!!!

So I never leave reviews but after my second horrible experience at HCI I felt I need to share my experience. First, I get the need for the bus and why we have to use but it can be a hassle. The first bad experience was when I arrived I parked but the buses were running late so I decided to walk. The website says I can so I did. No where did is say that I needed a yellow ticket and the parking lot workers watched me walk out without letting anyone know. So when I arrived the security told me I had to walk back and get a ticket. I showed him my info and told him where I parked but he couldn't of been bothered to have an adult conversation. So I walked back and rode the bus. I was about an hour past my time but it finally happened. Today was the final straw. This order I did not receive the QR code, I looked in spam and all that but no email. I texted and emailed HCI but no response untill I had to get a little snippy with them. So I got around the QR code and showed them my ID and came inside. When arriving to the counter I was told I couldn't purchase anything due to my expired ID. I told them that was not true and I even stated I've been here 4 separate occasions with the expired ID. So no sale, I was furious because I drove an hour to get here, wait 30 mins on the bus, get all the way inside to be told I couldn't buy anything. What made me even more made is they don't tell anyone!! So, I texted the hotline and was told that was wrong and I could purchase the product. They said to come back and shop with us :). I received this message after I have already arrived back and my car and this just sent me even more into a rage. So now we have two employees saying two different things. Hope, the texter told me they were not taking expired IDs before but we are now. Which I find funny because I've been there before with the dame expired ID and was never questioned. With the rude security, high prices, lack of knowledge, I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

The curbside has issues that need to be resolved. The network does not reach outside. I have had my order delayed multiple times while troubleshooting is being done. Fix the problem!
