They open a rec only location in Fairview heights, however continue to prioritize Rec over medical patients. I just waited in line as an entire room of recreational shoppers were cleared out while the clown running medical can't even make eye contact and maybe a "hey be right with you" cuz he's flirting so hard with the girl he's waiting on. Then as myself and the other gentleman waiting start to get visibly frustrated he yells at us to jump in front of the rec line and made it seem like we were idiots for not knowing rudeness is their policy for making sure people get their medicine. solid iwork!!!!!!!!

Today’s customer’s service was EXCELLENT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It started with my medical bud tender Sunny being extremely knowledgeable about the product. Annnnnddd “Big City” stepping in and hooking a medical patient upppppp 🆙 Thank you all 💚

Long time med patient here. Wednesdays are wild here! Lots & lots of rec users and only 1 tender in the small bud bar for us med users. Only the person being tended to was there so a small wait, no biggie. No sooner had the thought go through my mind when Brianna S called me to rec podium and got me out the door with extra goodies. Seems like the Dispensary is back to being its efficient self. Keep up the good work! 👍

As a medical patient, I went to this dispensary for over two years on a weekly basis. It has continued to go down hill. There is no priority of medical patients over recreational patients or even their own employees checking out for the night. Complained to managers twice. No change. Switched to different dispensary. Do not recommend this dispensary!!!

I liked that the different strains have different attributes and there is a great selection

Great dispensary with awesome prices and quality . I would recommend to shop here . Also they have a loyalty program that can get you free pre rolls or bud or edibles. So start shopping

Limited selection for recreational but quality products. Long waits but friendly staff/security and patrons. Prices are high blame state government. Wash your hands..

Nice staff and bud tenders. The whole standing in line for an hour in the rain didn’t really make my day, but it’s a popular product with currently limited distribution and supply. We’ll get there. Selection somewhat limited for Rec. but glad they’re looking out for their medical folks and it send to be getting better.

I was here about a month ago and had a GREAT experience! Since I am back in town I will DEFINITELY have to visit again.

This place was ok when they first started out. But they’re ridiculous these days. The last 3 times I’ve been I’ve ordered online because you have to. When I get there they tell me they don’t have what I ordered and they just tell you what they’re willing to replace it with. They don’t give you any options. They tell you what you’re going to buy. I’ve never encountered a business that works this way. The flower also has seeds in it more times than not. This place is garbage.

Waited about 2+ hours in line. Worth it! They have a pretty nice system set up for the amount of people they serve a day. Who cares how many registers they have open. Think about there employees who seem to have to work everyday non stop. I’ve been in retail before. People should think before they leave a review.. I believe the guy said he was one of the managers that helped me, Kyle. Very professional and friendly answered all my questions. I will be back!
