Flower has dark seeds and sold as premium at premium prices.! No place to complain and it's the products from Ascend Wellness Holdings the grower and owner of Illinois supply. Won't respond to numerous letters asking them to explain how can the even sell weed with seeds.

After living in California and Colorado, this is exactly what I'm looking for. Yes, new rec states have learning curves, of course there will be lines (Ever wait for some Travis Scott or Yeezy's to drop at a location? Or an Apple product?) Did you ever wait on black friday to get a rare deal? Experienced travelers and business minded people understand this. So if you are an Illinois resident, apply for your Med Card. Remember that as it grows, more shops open, more variety appears, prices level out, it becomes normal and the hype does down. The owner and managers did a pretty great job of talking to everyone and answering questions in the 30 degree morning, that is a solid move guys! $400 on my 1st visit and happy as can be. We will definitely be back.

Went to lot was told I could walk to there a quarter mile id say saw someone I knew got ride to front was told I would have to walk back cause he saw me get out of car then walk back again wtf iam not in kindergarten was told it was OK guy was a big douch dont go better places around treat you like cattle and no respect had to walk away before i got to mad for there sake

I've been about 5 times now, and I hate to say it, but the pandemic is the best thing to happen for customers of this dispensary. The ability to pre-order online, and choose your pickup time is awesome. Riding the shuttle, not so awesome. That is the one thing I'd like to have changed. Prices are still on the high side, but quality and selection has improved. On a good day, there are 5 selections of flower. I still see some seeds, but they are getting rarer.

Overcharged. And won't answer emails! We went on 3-15. Bought 6 packs of mints between myself and my husband. They were marked $25 on the live menu. We were charged $29 for each one. I thought the total seemed high, but didn't think to look at prices on the receipt until we got home. I even double checked the price in live menu when I got home, still said $25. I emailed though a link on the website, for 2 days with no answer. I found another link that allowed me to email directly, they finally answered and asked for pictures of the receipts. I immediately sent what they asked for. They haven't responded since 7 days ago. It's been over week and many, many, many unanswered emails ago. I know it's been a crazy week. But they have not stopped selling to make more money. I can only assume they have stolen my money and plan to keep it! That was $20, plus 28% taxes on that.

Improperly canceled peoples orders today. Everyone who came for the 5-6pm slot got completely screwed over. They sent out an alert to tell people they were closing at 5 at 5:09pm. What company does that to people? doesn't matter that I drove hours I guess? whoever made the decision to send an alert that late needs to reevaluate their career, this is not how a professional company operates. not to mention they purchased a property without enough parking or square footage so people have to walk or take a bus and then sit in the cold for hours before entering the building.. you would think they would spend the few hundred $'s to provide an outdoor heater since its their fault for purchasing such a poor facility for their business but nope just stand in the cold. I will never come back to this fly by night dispensary and I highly suggest no one else waste their time. plenty of other dispensaries and any extra time driving will be made up by not dealing with their lack of efficiency.

Always fast, always friendly. Great products. Due to COVID the procedures are a little annoying but understandable and I appreciate the effort to stop the spread of COVID! I can’t wait to see this dispensary when it’s in full swing once Illinois can move into Phase 5. Keep being awesome!

This stinks. I’ve been coming to Ascend Collinsville since IL allowed the recreational use of cannabis. I sat through 6 hour lines in the beginning and never complained because the staff was always so warm and welcoming. I continued coming here through the pandemic because they responded appropriately. And then this happened. I purchased an AiroPro northern lights cartridge and was looking forward to using it. I am a student with chronic pain so my funds are always low, but I splurge on purchases at Ascend because I find the pain relief unbeatable. Well, I received a defective cartridge and very politely tried to request a refund. I never used the cartridge and provided pictures of my receipt and purchase just like they asked me to. I was ignored for a week until I decided to text them for confirmation that my email was received. It was apparent no one bothered to read it until this morning. The Ascend rep replied stating there was no proof of a cartridge irregularity, I wouldn’t be able to receive a refund, and I wouldn’t be able to replace my cartridge. Now, some people may be comfortable using a seemingly defective cartridge and some people may be fine losing $60 on a bum purchase. I am not one of those people. My fiancé and I have spent thousands of dollars buying product here and it stinks that we’ll now have to find another dispensary.

Parking lots is one in/out. Stressful at busy times. Way overpriced. If you're traveling don't bet on this place for bulk puchase to keep you going, unless you're feeling spendy. Helpful staff, friendly. Front desk can become confusing with open area and folks milling around the counters. Restrooms spacious and right in the front.Traffic control inside and out might be a problem with legalization in 2020. Light in the flower selection. I'll stop here again only because I have to.
