The staff is great. I have been going to HCI for almost 2 years now. I can say the last few months the selection for flower is horrible and when you have Chronic pain and there is nothing in the flower that you need. Very bad

Your bud tender gives you a list to choose from and they was out of a lot of stuff With a very poor choice to choose from. I wanted a concentrate that was suppose to be Indica when I got to the counter to pay they said sorry we are all out and offered me sativa instead. Only had one choice in smoke and it was shake and the paper work stated it was Indica and it was actually stamped sativa.... no buds at all. Also only a couple of edibles to choose from.

I love this place for the most part. Great service great staff but the prices are ridiculous for being open for 2 years now. Edibles are too pricey and not strong. They want you to buy the lowest amounts paying ridiculous prices. If you want bigger amounts they have it but shake. Like anyone wants shake. Dont pee on me and tell me it's raining. You guys need better vendors or ones less greedy. This is why big business needs to stay away from cannabis. It's all greed no smart business people anymore.

Great place. No questions are stupid for the newby. Very friendly. Being as nervous as I was. they put you at ease. Had no problems. They treat you wonderfull, and exceeded my expectations. i will not go anywhere else.

How can I make an educated purchase if there's no strain information or amount of THC and CBD? They have been telling me for 2 years that they are fixing it. Why even have express ordering if no one there 2 tell you anything about the product that you've funded on the backs of the sick and poor!! Girl on phone rude. Won't be back!!

I had my 1st visit yesterday. I consulted with Steven. He was so great! He was so patient with all my questions, very professional, and informative. It was completely obvious that he truly cares about helping people. I am 58 yrs. old and this avenue for pain relief is very exciting to me. Thanks HCI!!

My first time is when I moved here almost two weeks ago, but today I tried to make an order since 11 this morning and it wouldn't go through tried to call no one answered I will change this when they fix this cause if I can longer order online cause you "reached capacity" then I should be able to do a walk in even with what's going on right now till then 2 stars for everything

Second trip today. Went just as smoothly as the first time. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. It seems this is the one dispensary within 100 miles that has it down pat as far as recreational is concerned. First trip was about 30 mins. This trip was a whopping 20 minutes. Pretty impressed to be honest. Will continue to be a returning customer.

On 1/8/21 I passed into the door of Ascend, Springfield, IL - Downtown. The young, short woman with long dark hair literally Barked at me as I tried to hand her my I.D. ""Take that hood off your head!" she yelled at me. It was very cold, I pushed the hood back. But before I did I said "Give me a second, please" because my hands were full. There was my purse, Ascend ticket, I'D. No one tells you exactly how to - essentially - get rudely Approved by the brusque, cop-wannabees who are covering the door. If you can't hear well, don't move quickly enough; If you are DISABLED, you WILL be treated badly. I needed a second to push my hoodie back. By the way, I am white, female and I was freezing. I wore a "hoodie" because when I wear a hat people act very WEIRD. Why do I even have to write this? I have seen these same "Security people" treat Black folks, Brown folks and women over a 'certain' age like TRASH at this site and in other venues so badly. Nice, intelligent people want jobs. Hire friendly, intelligent people to greet your doors, Ascend. There will always be alternatives to your stores. This 'security' created so much drama that everyone inside the store was, I realized, sick of her NONSENSE. January 8, 2021, 1:40 p.m. I don't know this security person's name, but she goes out of her way to make new customers feel unwelcomed. There are so many people who would love to have that job and they have the public relations temperament for it too. This woman made a Disabled person feel humiliate and not worthy to be there.

$65 for seedy popcorn bud (rock candy og) smoked good. For the price I expect no seeds and better buds, that being said I do understand the recreational demand and how that May effect growing. Will come back but not anytime soon needs time to adjust to recreational use.

This is my first experience like this. My ailments have been hard to treat with pharmaceutical drugs.. A long journey to find something as natural as this and I must say that it has been a great one with this staff of good people! Beautiful customer service attitude, a homely feeling like going to your local grocery store. Pat, Alex, Em, Emma,Kelly and anyone else I may have forgotten you all are so nice and great at what you do.May God bless you all keep up the great work.
