Bought flower but received shake at no discounted price. CHECK YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Unfortunately, did not check until I was 20 min away...20 min from closing.

I absolutely love this dispensary. The people are always so helpful and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and help you find the best deals for what you want.

There is a wide range of products here. It is very professional. Most employees are a joy to deal with. Reception is fantastic. Always positive and helpful. My only issues here are wait times, and the pickup ordering system. I usually have to wait a long time, even when there aren't many patients. The online ordering is not worth participating, it seems. The last time, I never received a confirmation that my order was even ready, so I never went to get it, then I got a call two days later asking if I still wanted it. LOL. Oh well. I have a reward there though, so I'm going to have to go back at least once. Again, everyone that I've dealt with there is fantastic. No problems at all with personnel.

The fact that I was sick and placed a online order, they made it quick and easy. I was in and out in less then 10min. They seemed concerned and wanted me better.

They keep it real here. No games no gimmicks. Even with the Cookies!

This place has been closed twice in the 1 month that it has been opened. Ascend used to be True Wellness. True Wellness used to deliver to their disabled patients. Ascend says that option isn't available anymore. Too bad so sad. All the points people earns don't carry over to their system. The place is closed now as of 6/22/23. This time with no notice to their patients and are remaining closed until possibly Monday 06/26/23. The last time they said they would only be closed for 4 days they were closed for two weeks. The product can't be tested when you're closed for no reason. Service and atmosphere cannot be rated when your doors aren't open. I put an order in today online, it went through, sent me a text to confirm. I get there, they are closed with no notice. No explanation for 4 days. It's a shame True Wellness sold their shop.

My #1 Dispensary. Great staff that are knowledgeable, helpful and caring. If ever placed an order, if product discovered sold out I always get texted to suggest another product closest to what I wanted. I have never had a bad/negative experience here. Love to walk in and have all the staff say hello.. My Cheers! Where every body knows my name, preferences and give me the best service every visit! Yes I definitely recommend TW to everyone!

This place is awesome! They make you feel at home, the front end receptionist who was working on 6/18/21 around 5pm , was Amazing! Jacob took great care of me , suggesting recommendations. Will be back , thank you !

I was a customer at a different dispensary for a couple of years thought that place was the tops. Then I went to the Aberdeen dispensary, True Wellness Aberdeen because they had what I needed. OMG, what a difference. Not to say anything bad about my other dispensary but Aberdeen is what I need. Attentive staff, knowledgeable, they knowing their products and knowing my needs makes it easier for me to get the medication I need. They certainly make me feel like I am a wanted customer and they devote their attention to me not the music blasting in the background or a heavy, personal conversation with another staff member. Thank you Aberdeen for your time and patience with me and my needs.

I went to Ascend in Aberdeen to make a purchase and received the worst bag of flower ever i didn't know until I got home and opened the bag and felt how crunchy and dry it was so this is not what I expect for overpriced, taxed and tipped flower so I brought it back and the manager says I have to go deal with the grower on my own because there's nothing they can do but this is what you're selling so I'm done with this place so beware cause this ain't right you pay top dollar for poor quality
