I have gone to Cambridge and Somerville a couple of times each. Just to make sure that my experience wasn't a fluke. I have never wanted to buy something twice. The last time I walked out, I thought to myself: Remember to never go there again. I've heard they are going recreational. Their product isn't great for medical. I can only imagine what they will be offering as recreational.

I love their chuck og flower there but I am dismayed that their dispensaries have run out of bubble hash and haven't had it in stock for over a month now. One of their associates told me they were discontinuing bubble hash production. It was really good for more than a year.

Had a great experience as a first time dispensary customer. I worked with Ian at the Davis Square location and he informative, helpful, and put me totally at ease. He let me make up my own mind on some things, provided guidance when needed, and was completely willing to offer his own recommendations. A perfect first trip! I highly recommend Sira Naturals Somerville...with and extra star for Ian being so awesome.

Sira has excellent quality concentrates, which I've actually tried from numerous other places that sell their products, and has an unreal number of options in terms of both strains and types (shatter, wax, terp sauce, terp crystals, sugar). On top of that, the location has a great atmosphere and staff.

I have been a patient of Sira for a long time, with many visits. They are great! They update the menu regularly, and are rarely out of something I went there to get. Sira tends to be on upper side of content ranges, which is a refreshing change. I’ve noticed less “specials” since the owner changed. The deals they have are great though usually a specific strain or flavor. A couple bumps, like one today, have been resolved with little “what do you want us to do about it?” And more “okay, let’s work this out.” And “does that work for you?” Also a refreshing change (among retail in general). Everyone is very nice, Ms. Jones (sorry I don’t remember her first name, my apologies) has been incredibly helpful with strain selections. Thank you Sira.

I’ve noticed the price increase.. only one 3.5 gram is 45$. The others are 50$ and over. Just to expensive for me. Guess no more medical license after this one expires. 150$ for staged Doctor app. He looks at your med records from other real doctors. Nice gig if you can get it. Maybe I’ll go back to cigs ! Call me if the price goes down🤬

I am a frequent customer of Sira and I love the vibe and atmosphere but what I love most about this dispensary is Ian. Whenever I come in, he is so welcoming and energetic I always have a blast when I am there. He gives great recommendations and makes me feel like more than a customer but a guest in his home. Even during these tough times , I can see/feel the smile on his face with a mask on and that makes me feel comfortable and happy we still have some good people in the world. Thank you Ian! You rock!

I have to say I have had a few good experiences here and not so good as well. Today was not so good. My issue is 2 fold. From what I was told by my tender today, They test their product and anything higher than 28% gets put into a separate category and up charged to $60 per eighth. That’s crazy expensive on its own, but I try and source the best bud and will pay for high quality. I would expect at that price and “special category “ it would be top shelf bud...it’s not. The GG4 I got today was more leaf than bud, honestly. I will say what bud I was able to dig up was good but the amount of leaves I pulled from the buds had to weigh an eighth of the eighth if that make sense. Overall just a sour taste and I probably won’t be back. I have gone approximately 10 times and almost every time has been similar. I have enjoyed a few of their pre-rolls but again it’s hit or miss. Better off trying the many other medical locations in the area and beyond!

This place is STACKED with deals and variety. One stop shop with excellent quality and great customer service.
