at first you see this big sign assuming leading to a door only to find out you walked down a weird roof covered ally to a building you walk dow a hall to finally find this place that is nice inside not crowded and makes you forget all about that walk to your car threw the weird creepy hall and ally lol. good place great deals

Beyond/Hello is a very comfortable atmosphere. It is clean and well kept. The staff are wonderful and make you feel relaxed right away. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service.

The Pharmacist was so enormously helpful. I have many health issues and he took so much time to help me find the right produce for my chronic pain. The staff were kind and helpful as well.

Extremely nice and caring and will not judge you for buying or asking anything. I feel like I’m visiting a friend when I go to Beyond/Hello because of the way every budtender wants to give you the best advice and strains related to your problems. The wait may be long but it is only because the budtenders are determined on giving every customer a good experience.

Admittedly I was somewhat apprehensive going my 1st time. But the process & customer service was perfect. Since registration takes place before product viewing the initial visit (albeit that step couldn't have been easier as well. The staff working the registration area were really really kind, quick & simple) i can only imagine my next visit will be even faster. Thanks to all Dan

This Beyond/Hello is terrific. I didnt know what to expect walking into a store to buy weed but from the moment I got inside I felt so much better because the whole staff is so nice and helpful and on point about the items their selling. I'll definately be back soon 🖤🖤

I was anxious with anticipation for my first visit at a dispensary. Having no idea what to expect, I chose Beyond/Hello not only because of how close it was but because of the reviews and the amount of stock they had on their frequently updated website. I was kindly greeted by the front desk, waited about 5 minutes until I was taken back to choose my products. Heather was my “budtender”, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience and selection. I left feeling excited to try my new goods, but also more informed than I was when I came in. Overall it was an excellent experience, Heather had great recommendations and we had awesome conversation to top it off. She put any worries I had at ease. The facility itself was very clean and relaxing, easy to park and had a lot of items to choose from. I can’t wait to come back for my next visit.

I love that they are open on Sunday cause I always run out on Sunday lol

Great deals and more ways to save with new patient discounts. Fantastic first time experience. Unfortunately forgot the name of my pharmacist at the bristol location but he did a good job of explaining each product and teaching the basics of weed.

Inventory and selection is improving lately. Disappointed that on a sale day they could not fill my order. Store is good and staff helpful.

Today was my first time ever in a dispensary. Just about all my first and second choices where out of stock (I bought dry, vape oil, and wax). The girl helping me was dull and flat, not much assistance for a first timer.

Always have a great experience here. The patient appreciation events are awesome. Beautiful dispensary and good selection of products.
