This place continues to exceed my expectations every time. Every day there is something on sale. The sales are legit. Better than any point system. Sundays are the best, imo. The staff are the my favorite of all dispensaries. Nick, Sarah, Sean (my concentrate guru) and Paulette are all professional and knowledgeable. Everyone in the entire place is friendly. Service is fast. Online ordering is easy and convenient. Never any issues with pre orders. 10/10
I have shopped here many times with good service. But, Gabe is a buzz kill. I had an online order for multiple concentrates. The order was filled before I arrived. The budtender that put labels on it reviewed it. Yet lo and behold when I got home the order was wrong. I called the dispensary less than 20 minutes after leaving and spoke with Gabe. At best he was cold. Although he did admit the dispensary had "mislisted" the product. I went back to the dispensary the next morning and met with Gabe. Again cold and not helpful. He offered me a $15. credit on a mistaken $160. purchase. He told me "it was my fault" then he verbally assaulted me with insults. The store was clearly at fault yet this "buzzkill" of an employee made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I had to finally come up with an alternate solution, which resulted in my exchanged receipt saying "$10. change". Never got that either. Glad he is not my employee.
Sad to say I’m not going to be shopping there anymore sick of getting old products never any fresh products, most of staff friendly besides one who has terrible vibe as soon as you walk in normally rocking cookies chain
I work close to there for one day I tried to I was given the wrong product and tried to take it back and was told you I was unable to and they would give me a $20 credit for the next time I came back and I told him there was no way I could ever come back I live too far away
I've been shopping here for my medical since they first opened because I can walk there from my house. The location is definitely convenient, however, through the years there Sativa selection has become pretty bad. One of their Bud Tenders told me it's because Maryland likes their Indicas. Well that doesn't mean just lack a selection of Sativa. What about your patients that don't smoke Indica because it makes us depressed or have anxiety? After so many years being a loyal customer, I have decided to switch my dispensary that has a better Sativa selection. Instead of just settling for a hybrid strain, I rather travel a little farther to get the Sativa I need.
