Bloom Medicinals - Seven Mile

I had never been in a dispensary before, but my doctor told me Bloom Medicinals was the closest. When I first walked in the place wasn't packed, but all the seats were taken and there were a couple standing. So for a minute it was crammed and I was uncomfortable. That being said, everyone moved pretty fast back to the room where each person is assigned a bud tender. Bryce waited on me and made great recommendations. He congratulated me on getting my card that day, took his time going through the list of products with me, answered all my questions, and reminded me of certain state laws about flower. Very responsible, clean, and efficient.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, with a nice selection of products. A very relaxed atmosphere. I was in and out in 20 minutes, and I even had to sign up as a new patient.

The facility is clean and nicely decorated. The parking lot and waiting area really should be bigger. For those with hearing loss, the entire store is very echoey. The waiting area - I can hardly hear anything when trying to check in. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Product is pretty good and they have a huge variety. Almost too much variety as I’ve found a few strains I really like and haven’t seen them again for months. The biggest problem with this store is pricing. They charge more than nearly any other dispensary - usually a good $15+ or more for the same products elsewhere. For that reason, I’m going to start looking elsewhere.

Outstanding. I notice some of the people go from site to site to bitch you will never read a good review from the people that just like to see their name and it is hard to take these people serious.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere they provided it smells amazing in there and it is a professional and quick service when you get back there. only issue is parking.

First time there the other day. Pretty good, no fee ATM (unless your bank charges a fee). Good selection and friendly staff.

This was my 1st time at a dispensary & the lady I worked with was the nicest & patient with me. the parking lot & waiting room is small, that's my only complaint. The dispensary was organized, clean & staff were super friendly.

I absolutely love how knowledge and friendly EVERYONE is, especially Lisa! She is all that and a bag of chips.

I couldn't leave a 2nd review on Google so I'm doing it here. I always have a great experience at bloom! Today I was helped by Donavon and our conversation was informative and pleasant! He really knows his stuff, and made an excellent suggestion! thank you bloom for always exceeding my expectations!

Love this place everyone is friendly..98% of time its quick and easy / in and out especially if you have an online order.. and the ordering on line is lovely !!!!!

Went to seven mile many times, always packed, half to waite.and verry expenseve, my first. Trip to oxford new consume despencery, no waite ,prices much cheaper. Long line waiting.seven mile is not bad place, but consume in oxford has big discounts.

This the only place i go to and top service and top customer care! :) And always got the best product inn at a good price but i do wish the line time would be a little bit faster but honestly this place is alot faster then most places so i can't complain to much but always going be my dispensary

organized to keep customers moving, reduces wait time. lobby rather confining but the few times I've gone very few people.

Just had my first visit and the experience was amazing. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I didn't feel dumb or judged with my 100 questions. I really wish I could remember that girls name so I could sing her praise. Definitely glad I took the recommendation and started here.

I was splitting my purchasing at the beginning of the year between Bloom and a dispensary in Monroe. I now only go to Bloom because the staff is amazing and always has good discounts and great flower. Everyone is so amazing from Lisa to Donovan, to the front staff checking you in to the budtenders. Thank you all for all you do!

Bloom is number one on my short list of quality dispensaries around Cincy. Staff is ALWAYS friendly, professional and on point. Ohio prices are steep so it’s nice to get the customer service and personal attention you get out in 7 Mile. Worth the drive.

This place is wonderful. The staff is talkative and friendly, and more than willing to help you make a selection if you're a walk-in or need to make a change with your order. They are also very efficient: wait times are quick, even on the busiest day I've never waited longer than 15 minutes to get in. The selection is usually pretty broad, and you can make the order online and just pick it up when you go, which is great for high-anxiety people like myself. This place is my go-to and I don't see that changing unless I move.
